Unprofessional impression. I made an appointment and called to confirm the day before since the lady said she couldn’t confirm my insurance coverage initially. Turns out the man who took down my info wrote down the wrong info with many spelling errors. Then I found out they CHANGED my appointment time to an earlier time without any notification whatsoever. If I didn’t call to confirm that they accept my insurance after confirming with my insurance since she couldn’t due to the other coworker’s wrong info, i would have showed up and the PT would be gone bc apparently he had to leave at 3pm, which was my original appointment time. They only schedule week by week because they don’t know when there is a PT available. The PT assistant works 3 days a week and the PTs the other two days. They are only open until 4pm Monday-Friday. Just a bad impression overall so I canceled my initial appointment. It may be a red flag that they don’t know which PT will be staffing the office until the week before. So I was worried about the continuity of care. So the 2 stars is for the handling of a potential new patient. I have no idea how the quality of care is.
