Neil was prompt in responding to my initial inquiry and was able to get me scheduled at a mutually convenient time. My piano had not been tuned in many years and had been moved across the country. Within one short hour, he carefully tuned the piano to perfection and at a very reasonable price. Plus he is a pleasure to get to know! I recommend Neil very highly.

Neil Kusherman is the real deal! Immediately after a rainstorm damaged my piano, Neil came to my home quickly and knowledgeably repaired the problem, saying “pianos under my care need to be okay!!” A true professional who takes pride in his work and is an icon in the Westchester music community!

There is simply no one better in the business. Neil Kusherman has been tuning our piano for over thirty years. He is the essence of professionalism. A wonderful musician himself, Neil is an artisan and master. He understands the piano’s nuances. He oversaw the reconstruction of our Steinway years ago and transformed it from unusable to magnificent. I am an Eastman and Juilliard Preparatory trained pianist. I would have no one but Neil Kusherman tune our piano. Beyond his technical and artistic prowess, Neil is a terrific guy. Warm, kind, personable. You cannot do better.
