The staff and manager at this location are absolutely asinine. I had two separate Amazon returns. They were the same item but in different colors. Both were in boxes and taped, but one item came in an additional larger box which I used to carry the items in store. I was told I needed to put one of the items in the box since that was the box it came in even though the other item was shipped with no additional box and they accepted it as is. I asked why? And the associate had no valid response. He then gets the manager who now says the box they already accepted isn’t taped well enough on the SIDES even though it was sealed well. Then he’s says he will cancel the label if I don’t pay $2 to tape it more and an additional $2 to put the other box inside the larger box and tape it... I’ve never had these type of issues shipping anything. Why was it okay to ship one box as is but not the other when they were the same item!? And ALREADY in brown boxes…The customer service here is horrendous, Go elsewhere.

Terrible. They LOST an urgent overnight. Didn't seem to care. Had to pursue it through UPS Corp but it was never found. Evidence suggests the package never made it out of the store. Just a complete breach of trust.

Those who run store are thieves. They asked for $12 for a simple Amazon return box (0,5’x1’), while UPS gives them for free. Then, they asked for $2 for just closing the box with scotch tape - for just 12” tape length. Avoid them. There are plenty of other fair UPS stores around in similar proximity. Or go prepared with your own box and tape.

Most mean, nasty, unhelpful people. This tiny 90 year old lady next to me didn’t have a bag and they told her in the meanest way she needed to go back home to get one.. and then she asked if she they had a bag they could give her and they replied “oh, yeah”….. and begrudgingly gave her one…They also just wouldn’t help me with literally anything.. wouldn’t help me pack the package, they tried charging me 35$ to mail the same size package that was 20$ 2 weeks before, they wont print anything…. Then I went to the location off Tarrytown rd. And the same package was 15€ to mail.They are brain dead and mean. I go to the UPS off Tarrytown rd to avoid these people, even though it’s more out of the way for me.

This guy is just the nastiest most unpleasant man. Every time. Just charged me $3 for a piece of tape. Totally worth the extra time to go to the ups store on Rte 119. They are so lovely!!!

Just visited this UPS store to process an Amazon return that was not eligible for Whole Food processing. Both people behind the counter were working efficiently and getting people in and out quickly. The man handling the the Amazon returns was friendly and quick. Easy parking. I've used them before for standard UPS shipping and it's been perfect.

Quite possibly the least friendly UPS store on the east coast. I only go when I must.Not surprisingly, it’s the Grumpy Unicorn’s favorite place in Ardsley.

It’s so close by and convenient but hate the attitude of the owner. He is so rude and shows that he is irritated just because you are there. He puts his head down and makes whining noises while you are pulling out your stuffs. Then to make it worse throws the reciept at you. What kind of person is that? If you don’t want to be there why do you keep coming ? Let the other two handle it. Or let them handle the customers at least. The woman there and the younger guy are nice and helpful. Always hopes not to see the older guy whenever I walk in. Please change your attitude.

Dropped off a specimen to be sent to the lab. Received by a grouchy guy who very reluctantly took it and and literally threw the receipt at me. To make matters worse I get informed by the lab that the specimen was never picked up on time and I have to do the test again. How is this guy running a business in this neighborhood !!

Awful management. Overpriced. Rude and unhelpful. Up charge of $4 for a single strip of tape. Avoid unless you have no other choice. Worth the extra drive to FedEx or to use USPS.Follow up: When someone provides a thoughtful response to a negative review I almost always change/improve it. They sort of did that here.HOWEVER, the owners deep disrespect and thoughts shared in the store lead me to believe that he “allowed” his employee (his son?) to post this. But in reality will continue running his shop the same way - squeezing customers, being rude to them and intimidating their employees.I will leave it to future reviewers to correct me with their own five star reviews. I hope they do.

Awful experience! I had prepaid ups label and these owners refused to print the label and send along my package for return. She wanted to charge me $2.00 to print the label. I have never had such a ridiculous waste of time. Staples and other UPS locations have no problem with doing this!

They will find any reason to nickel and dime you. There’s no sense of customer service or satisfaction. Make no mistake it is their objective to find a way to take money out of your pocket
