Gregory is the gem of this post office. Patient, accommodating and just overall a nice person. Only reason I can’t give 5 stars here is because every time I come in, only 1 person is working the front and there is always a line. If they could adjust that, I think the reviews here would drastically improve.

Had the best experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. Typically I was going to Dobbs Ferry USPS, but their service is rude and rushed. When I found out about this USPS, I was stoked. Joel was extremely helpful assisting me expedite my passport application. I have even gone at 4:58pm when they close at 5pm and they did not rush me out. They kept a very friendly and supporting environment, which I appreciate. Definitely recommend this location!

Went today to submit a passport application. The gentleman at the counter could not have been more impressive — knowledgeable, professional, thorough, efficient, helpful, kind. One of the best experiences of customer service I’ve had across all sectors.

This little post office is not equipped to deal with large numbers of people. That said, they do the best they can under the circumstances. There is one exemplary employee-Greg who always remains cool, calm and totally professional. They seem to always pair him with the very worst employees; the ones that get into personal conversations with patrons while 10 people are waiting to be served, or those who just work so slowly that Greg can see 5 people in the same time period. This isn't Mayberry-talk about your hemorrhoid problem on your own time. Overall, high ratings for a small post office trying to do a big job.PS- a fresh coat of paint and maybe new flooring would work wonders in this incredibly drab office.

I want to give a very big Thank you to Britanya for being patient, polite, professional, and thorough in assisting my family and I with our appointments. Throughout the time we were there people that entered the post office expressed frustration and made sly remarks while we were being tended to. Britanya made sure to thoroughly check all of our documents and make sure everything was in order. This was our first experience and time at this post office and she outshined her colleagues. People have this expectation when going to a post office that they'll be in and out, that's not always the case, especially when people have appointments set and/or a machine down. A little patience from fellow patrons can go along way, especially when the expectation of a certain time frame shifts. Britanya showed that and for that I'm very thankful.

Terrible service, over 30 minutes wait. Third time in a row I was stuck behind someone with a passport application but there's only 1 person on duty! If they can't put more than 1 person on they should NOT accept passport applications.

I don't know why this spot has such a low score but the day I went to this post office the clerk was very knowledgeable and polite and helped me tremendously. He did have to deal with a customer who had a mental breakdown and just flipped out though anyways really great post office.

I wish I could do a. Zero star. How can you call someone on the day of to cancel a critical appointment. With remorse. I had my passport appointment and they cancel last minute. This is so wrong. Passport appointments are so hard to come by close to summer time. No concern for people’s time
