The vibe here is very much "you're inconveniencing us as we would rather be sitting around"... there is no greeting with smiles and professionalism, as you would expect at a bank. Instead you are made to wait in line while the tellers are glaring at you but not calling you up, and any question you might ask when you finally arrive at the counter are answered with an attitude. I recently had an experience where I was met with so much attitude here that I left and went to Chase (where I have another account) and was met with the optimism and smiling faces that you would expect- so no I'm not being judgmental. This branch needs a training meeting on human decency & customer service or you'll lose them to the bank next door that is happy to be of service.

Worst experience with Wells Fargo in my life. I came in for a withdrawal and was denied my full amount because "i had to many transactions pending" which was never an issue before. The manager and teller refused to help out at all and refused to give me a letter stating why. Complaint filed with corporate.

Literally every time I come here whoever helps me has no idea what they're doing and actually gives me the wrong information repeatedly. it doesn't matter who it is. I have never had a good experience here— ever. I always feel like my time is wasted. there is no reason for me to continue being a Wells Fargo customer except for that it's too inconvenient to switch to another bank. Every time I have to go in I dread having to come back again because whoever “helped†me actually made my life's much more stresssful by neglecting to give vital pieces of information. Worst bank— hands down
