Brought my car in on a Thursday. Waited a week to hear about status or estimate . I did not receive a call from them I had to call. I was told it would be done on the weekend ( 9 days after I had dropped it off) the weekend went by and Monday I got no calls.... it is now Tuesday night ( 12 days later) and still no call from them . Would not recommend. A person I know has had cars sit here for over a month ...... I guess you do really get what you pay for ... if you even get to pay for a finished repair at all.....

Lady at the desk is very rude. Gives you an attitude until you give it back to her. Does not fix the issues, instead just lubes it up. Says they will work on the car and you can then make the payments you owe, but will then come to you to repo the car and tell you they will not work on it before then. Do not tell you about the gps trackers on the car when you are making payments to them. Just all around not a good business.

Make you check your vehicles from this place just put down 2300 down on car had to wait a week for it to be ready and now I get it and not even a day check engine light on and keeps shutting down didn’t even put 50 miles on it they made me wait till fri so they would be closed on weekend

Told me car wouldn't pass brought it to another garage for 2 opinion and it passed and the lady at font desk is very rude and communication skills don't exist gave me bogus excuse on why car failed I would highly recommend going else whereService: Vehicle safety inspection

I have taken my cars to Curtis’s twice for the cheap labor rates. I’ve been satisfied with the repairs I needed but their customer service skills are very lacking and they are terrible at communicating. I would not recommend going here if you have a life to live. My most recent experience there I had my blower motor replaced. I dropped it off on a Wednesday knowing they were closed on the weekend. The weekend went by and I didn’t hear anything so I called the following Monday and nothing had been started. The part was not even ordered and no repairs were started. If I hadn’t called they probably would not have gotten the part until who knows when. I didn’t have my car back until that Thursday (over a week later). The previous time my car was there to get inspected and I was without it for TWO WEEKS due to necessary repairs for it to pass. Don’t go here if you need your car every day!Service: A/C installation & repair

I will never return to this shop. Went in for a motorcycle inspection and within 5 minutes and 30 square feet the kid lost my registration card. He never found it and never apologized. I went in the following Monday and the woman there never apologized and never found my registration card. Spent 4 hours on a work day returning to the DMV. Terrible service. Worse customer service. Do not patronize this place.

My car was towed to Curtis super 40 in the beginning of the month. I just went today to pay the tow bill. When I got there, my back windows were down. The back seat was full of snow. So I asked the women at the front desk about it and she asked me "what do u want me to do about it?" And then proceeded to tell me I can get to shoveling it out myself. Terrible service. The women at the front desk was unbelievably rude.
