“Can’t recommend this place enough! I have worked with Amanda on multiple projects- wedding invites, rehearsal dinner signage, all of my wedding signs and now my thank you’s. Throughout the whole process she’s been helpful and made sure I was getting high quality items. Turn around time is quick & everyone in the print shop is super nice! You get one on one attention rather than ordering from somewhere online that you have no idea how your things will turn out which is always a gamble. I was able to get samples of my invites to make sure I liked everything before getting my whole order which was a huge bonus! 10/10 suggest reaching out for whatever printing needs you have.”
“Highly recommend! I live in Oregon but needed a banner for an event in West Point. I chose this shop because it was close to my hotel (so I could just pick up rather than ship across the country) and they were a recognizable company. Minuteman was great! Amanda and Chelsea were awesome to work with. I gave them the banner specifics and let Minuteman do the design work. Banner looked amazing and communication via email was easy. “I can't say enough positive things about this UPS store. Every single employee is friendly. They even have their own mascot cat you can watch that lays in the sun. I wanted to specifically thank Pat and Zane for always being so kind. Both of them are notaries so it is also very convenient to go here instead of dealing with the bank. My 4 year old son is always greeted by Zane and they have the best conversations and when my little one acts up Zane is always nice and helps direct my sons attention to something fun while I am making a return or getting something notarized. I would definitely recommend this store. We have also used their storage place in the past with no issues.”
“This is the best shipping place to go to. Courteous and more than helpful. Went out of their way to help me track a package i had shipped out and lost my receipt. A few good sales made the trip worthwhile. I encourage people to shop in person locally as much as they can, even at the big name stores because local people need the work also.”
“I originally visited the Poughkeepsie store for an Amazon return. A kid wearing a literal clown wig told me that I had to rent a computer for $3 and print the label for 50 cents. I left with the package never making the return. Then I came down to Wappingers. The guy here went above and beyond to help me email the label and print it. He was sharp, helpful, and courteous.”

“I had a truly wonderful experience with this UPS store, they were incredible!After cleaning out the storage space of a loved one who had passed away, I dropped off a number of delicate and oddly-sized items to be shipped to multiple addresses. Erica, in particular, went above and beyond to help me out--she packaged everything expertly (a feat for some of the more delicate collectibles!), gave me honest advice about the price of shipping different groups of items to different locations, and kept everything organized as we figured out the best path forward. When it was time to ship the various batches, she checked in consistently, helped me troubleshoot some day-of issues, and made sure to get the correct payment info for different shipments. Everything arrived on time and in tact, at a reasonable price! More than that, Erica and everyone else at this location were incredibly kind and patient as they helped me figure out a very complicated project. It's not easy to deal with the things a loved one leaves behind, and I don't think I could have managed with out the compassion and expertise of these wonderful folks. I cannot recommend UPS enough (particularly this store!) after this experience!”
