ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE!!! After a week of not communicating with us they told our insurance that we were trying to commit insurance fraud for a minor fender repair as a result of an accident. They then provided our insurance with an estimate of $2,118 to repair what you can see is minor body work. This high estimated cost of repair led our insurance to declare that the car was unrepairable due to it being an old car and not worth the repair cost. I complained to the service provider and asked her to have the manager call me back 5 days ago and still have not received a call back. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXTREMELY HIGH COST!!!
We have now picked up the car and will get it repaired elsewhere. This place is a rip-off!!!

Terrible experience 1 employee checks the car and tells you one thing. Then a different employee tells you something different. Confusion no verbal coordination- no transparency at all!! Then the indirect racist rhetoric comes out and now the customer is the problem!! That's cool my coworker's witness the rhetoric and the behavior. Like she said Caucasians get treated differently at Caliber Collision versus Black people. Well the ongoing cycle of racism because I asked questions and ask for proof. White guy asked questions and answers were immediately given. KARMA awaits the evil that people do. My coworker's that are Anglo-Saxon witnessed the way I was treated. Surely wouldn't recommend any one to ask questions at Caliber Collision especially if you're Black human being. I've done nothing wrong nor did I commit any crimes 💯. Better Business Bureau is outraged!!

BEST SHOP EXPERIENCE EVER!!
this is not my first time having my car repaired how ever it was my first time at caliber and boy let me tell you I will never go to another shop. This shop was highly communicative about the state of my car especially Julie and Lindsey. And the tech Andres took did the most amazing job on the repairs yiu cabt even tell it was in an accident and the color match couldn't have been more on point. I would recommend this shop to any end everybody!!!! Keep uo the good work

Folks here did a great job fixing my car! Julie was great at communicating and giving me updates. Car was finished very quickly. They took me the same day my car got damaged. I would certainly go back to them in the future and highly reccomend. Thank you for fixing my 4runner!
