Made my unfortunate car vandalism situation A LOT easier than I expected. Dealing with something like this is not fun and Caliber made sure I was excellently taken care of from A to Z. Will be bringing my car to them for any issue I have in the future (covered by insurance or not) my care team member was amazing and made sure i knew what was going on, almost daily. And they got my car back to me way before expected and made sure it was safe to go on a much needed vacation. They even had the ability to take my rental car back from me when I went to pickup my car which was unexpected and made the process even more seamless. Would recommend them to anyone

My car was hit in a chain begun by a distracted driver - Nationwide provided Caliber Collision for me to have my car evaluated - indicating that I could than go where ever I wanted. Caliber was so professional - assuring me that my car color would be perfectly matched - I decided that they were too convenient to not try them - I was thrilled - very professional from beginning through the entire process - the repairs were made, the replacement part was matched perfectly and my car was returned a day early and it had been washed - it actually sparkled inside and out!!! Wonderful service - I want no more accidents but if I need any work done I certainly will return to Caliber Collision!

CC did an excellent job fixing my 2020 ford escape that was recently involved in a fender bender.
