“Got a 14 lb turkey here and the Hemlock Hill turkey salt. Combined the salt with crushed garlic, olive oil, and vinegar and marinated the turkey with the wet brine. It came out amazing!”

After the owner made good on my previous experience, I returned and had a philly cheese steak. It wasn't steak, but thinly sliced roast beef, cheese and sauteed onions. It was delicious! Granted the owner was there to make sure I had a better experience, but I will definitely go back. Kudos to great customer service and the care and pride Willie has in his restaurants.
Roo wrap: chicken was dry as a bone and flavorless. No balsamic dressing as advertised. Sign said $10.99, I got charged $11.99 + tax.
The store has no flow and is extremely awkward to order, Narrow spaces to move around in, then wait, then pay in a totally different area.
Most of all, the food was disappointing.
