The worst branch I went. Tellers don’t know what doing.

I have been doing business with Citibank since 1988 with the last 25!years in the Bedford NY Branch. Unfortunately they closed temporarily this week due to covid and was told to go to the Armonk branch. They could not have been less helpful, rude and ended up not delivering what they promised. Stay away!

Our brief experience with the branch Manager, Angela, and the reps behind the counter has been positive. Aestonia is a ray of sunshine and the other ladies have been helpful for basic banking needs. 4 stars to start as we hope to develop our relationship in time.

they were happy to open my account and couldn't be more helpful. It ended there. The person who I worked with was never there, or "with a customer"and never returned my calls..there seems to be no way to contact the branch despite their assurances that I could reach someone whenever neededVery poor followup.

I wish there was a way to give less than one star. I've been doing my business banking here for over 10 years. This used to be such a wonderful branch. The last couple years I have stayed truly due to my own laziness and not wanting to change the account number on all my automatic payments! The manager could not be less helpful if she tried. There is absolutely no reason for this branch to even exist. They provide no more assistance than one can get from an atm machine. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere

Pretty good branch in Armonk. The woman who opens and closes customer accounts is extremely helpful and friendly. The tellers are okay. There seems to have been a lot of turnover of tellers. They do seem to close rather early on certain days of the week.

Customer for 20 years. Just the friendliest, best branch in the country.

PROS: * Convenient location for local residents who have Citibank accounts and need to use an ATM CONS: * Very limited/inconvenient teller hours * Frequent long wait times to speak with staff as there is often only one person who can assist with a particular question or issue: that one person is often "busy" (ex. recently left this branch after waiting 25 minutes as I had another appointment - the one person who could help was in their office chatting with another customer, oblivious to the line of people in the waiting area) * No second factor authentication for online access to personal banking accounts (strangely, this is only offered for business accounts) - this is a Citibank issue that is not specific to this location * If you need a notary, they only have one at this branch: if she is not scheduled to work on a particular day, you're out of luck (go to the Armonk Town Hall instead, if they're open)

Worst banking customer service I've ever experienced. The clerk didn't know what was he was doing, nor seem knowledgeable about any of the questions the people in front of me had (including myself) . He looked really out of it and horrible customer confrontation, as he didn't appear or act friendly at all. Never coming back here. I recommend better staff for just a simple job as clerk (as the computer does most of the work for you anyways).

Worst Citibank I've ever been to. They clearly don't care about customer experience. I came in for something that should have taken 5 minutes, and I was left waiting for 40 minutes because only ONE person on their ENTIRE staff could help with that. Left without even getting any help because the wait was going to be even longer. Their manager didn't help me or even ask once if he could help me. He sat in his office and chatted it up with other employees instead. Such an unprofessional office and not at all what I was expecting of a Citibank branch and this is definitely not how a member of 13 years should have been treated.
