I had a horrible experience here. There was a schizophrenic cashier Marcella that was screaming at me and other customers. It was honestly a really scary and horrible experience and I am scared to come back here. She started yelling things after she scanned my CVS card and threw my receipt at me. All the employees apologized for her behavior, but I don't think it's right to have someone who needs to be institutionalized helping customers.

Extremely unprofessional, the pharmacists are mean and not accommodating. Made no attempt to be helpful after they made a mistake filling our prescription. Will never be returning.

This review is long overdue. I am just glad they have a competent senior staff , Stephanie, otherwise I almost miss my important dosage. The male pharmacy tech kept telling me that I don't have my prescription but actually just wasn't trained properly on how to read the system. Stephanie have saved me few times already. The pharmacists look all stressed and overwhelmed. No one picks up the phone when you call . I called my doctor's office and was hoping that they can help but ... their calls were also ignored. This Armonk CVS Pharmacy location wasn't that bad before so not sure what happened. This review pertains only to the pharmacy department.

I only wish that every CVS was this organized and hassle free. Ashley was so helpful and went out of her way to help me find something (when she wasn’t constantly restocking the shelves for the holidays!).

Worst pharmacy ever no one picks up the phone and if they do is only to hang up on you Great customer service for a sick person.

I’ve had several negative experiences at the Armonk store, and never added a negative comment, but yesterday’s experience warranted my review.. The pharmacy department is not always so friendly, but yesterday I interacted with was short Latin guy, at the drive up window, who was arrogant, aloof, unfriendly, and rude. He definitely lacks what it takes to be customer facing. CVS management really needs to take many of the reviews that the customers are posting more seriously.

This morning purchased some items at CVS (450 N Main St, Armonk, NY 10504), to surprise my sister for her birthday after a long drive this morning (have been injured in the past which is work related, trying to exercise my knee/back while driving being more active recently but in pain), then took those items to another store referenced by this CVS location ( 10 S Bedford Rd, Mt Kisco, NY 10549) so that I may be able to get helium for the 6 balloons I have already purchased. I expressed to the store I had no issue driving to another location it’s worth it for my sisters bday surprise, it’s early and I have time. When I get to the other location I explain the story to the cvs employee at the front counter. The employee was very kind to me and wanted to help with the situation. I waited on the side with no shift manager in site to help the employee. I also waited while the employee tried to help me and half a dozen or more guests at this CVS location in Mt.Kisco,NY. I waited patiently while in pain standing there. Shift manager finally noticed me, came to help after I greeted her first, the shift manager then mentions out loud after I told her my story that the shift manager was losing money for her store giving out her air (helium) that the employee wasn’t suppose to do what she was doing. I was astonished from what she said and such attitude! I said I am here for help and I thought CVS brand is about family? I said I’ll take my ballon and go, God bless you. I walked in with 6 balloons in a CVS brown paper bag and I left with only 5 balloons. When I was leaving the store I asked the shift manager are you sure I only have 5 balloons? The shift manager said yes! I hear the employee that was helping me before in the front counter when I was leaving say yes he has 6 balloons!I headed back to the CVS in Armonk,NY and asked the shift manager for a copy of my receipt, morning of 04/09/2022 - 8:46 am - $53.10, the manager of the Armonk,NY store tried to produce the receipt but couldn’t, system is old?, then I found it weird when I mentioned the details of the story that I purchased 6 balloons and the shift manager in Mt.Kisco,NY told me I had only 5 that’s stealing if I’m not mistaken. Check the cameras of that store and our interaction at the front counter. The camera can see if the 6 individual packs of balloons were taken out of the CVS brown paper bag. Then the shift manager comes back out and says I’ll just give you a ballon and I’ll take your number down. I told the shift manager, I’m not here for $ or another balloon, also I will not give you my number, I just wanted my receipt and on record to see how if I was basically rob by a CVS shift manager employee. The employees in both CVS locations were very helpful and kind but I was very confused by the shift managers at both locations. The manager In Armonk,NY did offer me a chair to sit which I appreciated but declined that and the free balloon he offered. This isn’t for attention or clout, I felt belittled/rob by a CVS shift manager, I just wanted what I paid for nothing more of less! Now as I post this I’m going to stretch my legs and head now to my sisters new home in Armonk, NY. It’s now pouring so safe travels god bless everyone!

Use town center pharmacy down the street. Takes hours to fill a prescription at this CVS, even if they see you physically waiting in the store to pick up a prescription and there is no one else in line. They ignore the drive thru pharmacy so not worth trying. I certainly understand things are harder during COVID, a little bit of kindness or an apology for the wait would go a long way. When they do answer, there is an extremely rude woman pharmacist who yells at patrons and other staff and clearly loses all professionalism when she is overwhelmed. I felt uncomfortable and judged picking up my prescriptions - in addition to being yelled at because I asked to pick up my prescription within 3 hours instead of 6.
