Had another test there. This time there were not administrative issues. And again the staff Was extremely helpful and the facility is good. The experience this time was great - going to up my rating from two to five stars.
Prior review:The facility is great – clean and modern, and the people working there are extremely helpful. However I’m rating this two stars because of an administrative nightmare where White Plains Hospital somehow thought my procedure was not covered by insurance, even even though I had pre-authorization, and was asking me to pre-pay (isn’t this illegal?). Even while in the waiting room, and after prepping, there was some doubt as to whether I would even have the procedure done. Still waiting on an apology and explanation from White Plains Hospital.
