“Had an impossible situation ahead of me trying to vacate my studio in lower Manhattan to my Westchester location as my landlord had sold the building to a conglomerate that packed off my studio to their private warehouse in Long Island City. My landlord and I had an agreement to use my deposit to safeguard my equipment while organized the move. I had to move fast after locating my property as the new landlords were ready to auction off my belongings. Hired that even legal? Anyway, Finding an economical mover in nyc was beyond charging let alone within 24 hours. I had just about given up when I got a response from Tri State 1 rate. I was at a point were I couldn’t be choosy but not only did I receive white glove service which I required, I received pick up and delivery at a fraction of what I was quoted with other movers. It’s true when they say great things happen all at once! Would recommend them for any important move big or small.”

“The re delivery felt like they are trying to pull a fast one to get the extra Months rental from you!
Just be aware when you have your pod delivered and how long it takes you to fill, then the pick up of the container is usually 4/5 days after you contact to pick up! Then it takes 2 weeks to head east coast (business working days)! Weekends are not included. This is all relevant to the timing of your monthly fees etc and being charged.
They were great with delivery but depending on your driver they will make a noise about which way you want the pod etc. all items were in good condition and not a single thing broken. However this was down to our packing skills.
The pod door was damaged when it arrived at us so make sure pictures are taken before you remove the tag and lock.”
