What a disgusting place this is. I had to ask the nail technician to clean the cuticle cutter because it was covered in someone else's stuff. and at the end I needed her to clean up the mess of a polish she did. It was like a child coloring out of the lines. I've been here before and it was never great but not this bad.

This is my favorite nail salon not only in Armonk, but in all of Westchester County. I am a frequent visitor for mani, pedi, and also their massages (due to a bad back). Everyone that works there is professional, talented, sweet, kind and thoughtful. My manicures last longer when I get my nails done here, and everyone really takes their time in everything that they do. This is the place to go! Especially in a COVID environment, its very clean and they are thoughtful in how they maintain their business.

Worst service! I had a pedicure and manicure, the technician was fast and unfriendly. The place was empty and she was rushing. My nails were not painted nicely! I wanted to try out because I work near this place but I will never come back!

Terrible service, people keep talking loudly to each other in Korean.. what kind of serenity or relaxation can you have if they do that, not to mention how rude it is! They work like they do you a big favor.. slow and look at you like they are discussing you. The job is poorly done, too... Didn't even soak cuticles, or put a cuticle oil.. I was raw and bleeding after their rough filing and cutting cuticles on dry hands.Just awful!! Will never go there again.

Friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Got a basic manicure with long wear polish. The technician really took her time making sure every nail was perfect. Two days later and it still looks like I just got them done!

I went here for spa pedicure and powder gel manicure. They did perfect job. And they have special price with is good! The palace is so beautiful，relaxing and stuff are so friendly. Definitely coming back!

Northcastle nails&spa is really my favorite place. I never have had a luxury pedicure. I highly recommend people to go to this place taking spa pedicure, it feels like heaven, place is very clean, and their staff are all very kind. They are also all professional nail artists. I'll definitely go back to this place taking mani & pedi as long as possible.

I've been here multiple times. Great for a manicure but don't ever get a pedicure here. I got their Sea Salt pedicure, there was no foot or leg massage to speak of, I left with multiple cuts both on my heel and my cuticles which I was told was from the cuticle cream- not the hard scrubbing with a metal file. Then she left my feet COATED in pure vaseline. I had to wipe my own feet clean in order to be able to put my shoes on. Save your money and go somewhere else. So disappointed and truly hope I don't get an infection from the cuts.

this is the first bad review i have ever written but felt i had to. unbelievably bad and pricey considering the service. definitely the worst pedicure i have ever had. i was rushed out and done in 5 minutes with absolutely no care. it wasn't a pedicure but a quick clip of my toenails. i was going to get a manicure and neck rub but opted not to after the service i received. if i could give them less than one star i would. a negative 1 star. terrible!!
