Btw, Michelle quoted me a lower price the week before, I made an appointment for the following Sat since I am disabled and can't transfer all the stuff from one unit to the other. I just hope that the main office gives me the lower price I was quoted and not a higher amount! Hopefully they take consideration of the fact that I was given a lower price!!!!”

“Great experience from the time I walked in the door. Henry was so friendly and knowledgeable that with his help it did not take long to figure out what I needed. The building looks brand new and bright inside. There is a restroom! Very convenient plus. It was easy to say yes to a unit that is just right for me at this time and it was is so clean! Henry went above and beyond by sweeping out the unit and offering to mop it to get rid of any residual dust. Not that it looked like it needed anything! The prices are very reasonable. The location convenient - I'm 7 miles away and this StorQuest is the best choice I could have made. Thank you StorQuest and Henry. I feel a weight off my shoulders.”
“I've been with Safe Haven Elmsford for at least 25 yrs! The monthly rent has stayed at a price that is affordable! Unlike other storage companies that I'm familiar with, I believe Safe Haven has only raised my rent about 2 or 3 times! Others have rent increase yearly!! So far the environment is well kept and I've had no problems with my storage space. I would recommend Safe Haven for your storage needs.”

“The re delivery felt like they are trying to pull a fast one to get the extra Months rental from you!
Just be aware when you have your pod delivered and how long it takes you to fill, then the pick up of the container is usually 4/5 days after you contact to pick up! Then it takes 2 weeks to head east coast (business working days)! Weekends are not included. This is all relevant to the timing of your monthly fees etc and being charged.
They were great with delivery but depending on your driver they will make a noise about which way you want the pod etc. all items were in good condition and not a single thing broken. However this was down to our packing skills.
The pod door was damaged when it arrived at us so make sure pictures are taken before you remove the tag and lock.”
