“Today for the first time I use the moving company two men and a truck. Anthony and Dave arrived exactly at 9 o’clock. I was told they would arrive between 9 and 10 AM. The job was done quickly, accurately, and professionally. It was a very local move from one town in Westchester to the other side. I moved a couch, loveseat and ottoman and two TVs to a Friends house. The final cost of the move was pretty online with the estimate they gave me on the phone. I believe it was $25 difference. I was very very happy with the service provided. I would definitely recommend.”

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Al’s Moving today. My two movers started at 8:00 a.m. and didn’t finish until 11:00 p.m. after moving me all the way out to the Hamptons — and they stayed upbeat, professional, and incredibly kind the entire time.
They went above and beyond in every way — careful with my belongings, patient, and so helpful with things I didn’t even expect them to handle. They truly made a long, stressful day so much easier.

“I used Westy's White Plains (WP) for a few months and had a great experience with Doug who provided excellent service and later Rita who was very understanding and supportive of my unfolding circumstances. They were professional.
Westy's WP is clean, and climate controlled. I liked that they don't increase their prices after a few months and especially that they have a month-free running promotion. However, the only downside is that they are too pricy, they open late and close too early.
In my view, closing late would add value -especially to their working clients - and I hope this is something the management should consider.
I would rent the space again.”

“Excellent service. Anthony at the Briarcliff Manor facility is really great. I have a disability and am confined to a wheelchair and he was very helpful in accommodating me.”
“A budget storage facility opened up across the street (CubeSmart) and I can tell you that:
1) Saftey: They do not have safe gated and keypad security access like Westys does
2) Cleanliness: The floors are CubeSmart are carpet and get very dirty. There are always people cleaning the floors and landscape maintenance guys outside at Westys to keep the appearance crystal clean
3) Accessibility and Lighting: Westys always has the best layout and big elevators to facilitate any move, the staff in-house is there to assist with anything you need (from super cheap rental trucks for a day (for small in-town moves) — to unrestricted access to carts, handtrucks, furniture dolly’s etc.)
There is no comparison. This Westy’s location is by far the best one I’ve been to. Cheers!”

Always a pleasure to speak with the staff and customer service always was excellent. The place was always immaculate . Not even a tiny piece of paper on the floor. I move out after almost 8 years because I bought a house so I don’t need it.”
“Well, just using this travelling a total of 10 miles round-trip for a small van, the cost was over $65.
Other than that, I initially was given the wrong van in the lot, so had to re-video the next van and, there was a considerable wait to get the new key.”

“I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Joe N, an exceptional individual working for PODS. A few months ago, during a critical moment, my elderly parents, both in their 90s, found themselves in a distressing situation at a traffic light near PODS. My mother, parked precariously halfway on the shoulder and in the lane, was choking, causing panic among other drivers.
Without hesitation, Joe, the PODS driver, activated his emergency lights and rushed to their aid. He quickly provided my mother with a bottle of water and acted swiftly to prevent a serious crisis. His quick thinking and kindness in such a tense moment were remarkable.
