Speaking as an architect of 25 years, avoid these guys like the plague, they are out of touch, rude, heavy-handed, and clearly incompetent. It's kind of sad because they claim to have installed some of the original wells in the Armonk and Bedford area and we have, as a personal preference, always wanted to keep local businesses busy but their intransigence is too difficult to ignore. Get your well "fixed" by them at your own peril because you've been warned.

Very helpful although I had used a competitor. Actually helped me with information I could not get from the company who serviced my home. Where I live, water is tricky and this would be my referral for those in seek of help!

Old fashioned work ethic. No texting or online billing but very honest. They’re locals for generations in Armonk who care about their reputation. They’ve saved me a lot of money with simple repairs when other well companies tried to sell me an expensive new system. Highly recommend this family run business.

I was given their number by the local plumber. I called the office and left a message. Someone called back and asked if its ok that they come next week. I said yes. He asked me to text him my address. The following week I texted to see when approximately they come. I got short text "call the office". I called the office few times but no one ever picked up. The week ended, but I still have not heard from them. I don't know if this company is good at what they do. However, this attitude towards potential customer is unprofessional. I could ve schedule the visit with another company a week ago and had them come this week. Instead I will have to wait another week. 3 weeks without water pressure is not ok.

Our water literally just stopped working. Billy and his team were able to come out same day and get us back up and running. The problem was we had a 25yr old pump and water tank that needed to be replaced. They did the entire job 2 days later within a few hours. This was during “Covid-19” (April, 2020) so they had to be in and out of the house, but they were fast, professional, wore necessary protection and only had to have the water off for a couple hours which was key because we have three small kids at home. The price was fair, the service was excellent and our water pressure increased 2x once they installed the new equipment. If you need any help with your well call them!
