Just had a Hanukkah miracle! We were missing a package and since it was Christmas everything was closed. I called the post office the next day and Kenisha was SOOO pleasant and patient! She help crack the case of the missing holiday package. Hanukkah was saved and one less tween meltdown. THANK YOU so much!!!

NASTY nasty nasty staff. Like offensively nasty. Doesn’t matter how polite or nice you are, they are downright nasty. Yuck!

The woman at the counter is unprofessional with a worst sarcastic attitude. I was there to renew a passport, as I have done before at a different USPS, but this woman gave me little direction and the worst attitude. I asked if she could staple the picture in and she said “no but you can”. I confronted her for being so rude and she snapped that they aren’t a passport agency and that it can’t be that hard. Meanwhile I had barely asked her for anything at all at this point and just needed the tracking. She was completely unprofessional and probably shouldn’t have a customer service job. This post office needs to reevaluate their staff.

Was at this location yesterday. One of the staff had the worst attitude. Completely unprofessional and cannot believe that USPS would hire people like this. So sad how this service has fallen to the ground.

The worst post office you will ever step into. Only one lady in there that is somewhat nice. Awful service no matter how polite you are to them. They are constantly rolling their eyes not even trying to hide how rude they are being. The main reason for this review is because of all of my packages/envelopes that get sent back to my address. Theres always "postage due" when I weigh my envelopes with my own scale at home. I'll go to the next town over without making any changes to my envelope and have no issue with the mailing process. Also, they love to say the envelope will not "fit" through the "machine" they have. Tell me how an envelope of a thickness scale of 2 sheets of printer paper wont go through said "machine." Absolute nightmare of a post office.

My postman Erik is professional and always has a smile or wave. Vacation mail is brought to the house. Workers at the post office have always been pleasant.

I cannot even give one star they are so bad. Mail was stolen right out of this post office and checks cashed for businesses. I get mail from all over town and dont get my own. By answering a claim they feel they solve the problem but the mail is still missing. Basically they have said they cannot find the mail. You cannot speak to the person in charge there. It is very concerning what is going on at this location and the service.
