“Always depends on your credit, if you have poor credit you pay high. Carvana approved me with lower payments for a similar car. Overall good customer service but nothing special they don't get you 84 months on payments selection is limited. Instagram promos are just promos to get you in the door. Respect the hustle but if you get a quote at another dealership you'd probably get the same or higher quote here. Getting a car loan is easy if you breath and got a job you can get one it's all credit driven bad credit you pay high good credit you can pay low but always good to shop around. I will say customer service is elite though. That's why I give them a 5 star rating”

I called for a same-day appointment, and Kevin was incredibly kind and thorough in explaining all my options. When I arrived, I decided to upgrade from a basic wash to a full detail, and the team went above and beyond, even staying late so I wouldn’t have to come back another day. That alone earned my loyalty for life!
When I picked up my car, I was STUNNED — it looked better than when I bought it. Kevin patiently answered all my (many!) questions (most of which were unrelated to the detail service, and more about general car maintenance), walked me through everything they did, and shared great advice on how to keep it looking new.

“I had a little fender-bender several months ago and picked this shop because it was convenient for me but I have to say every single person there was very friendly and professional, even the owner whom I spoke with because of a mix-up. He called me back with an answer over the weekend when the shop was closed. The customer service was outstanding! The repairs were completed when they said it would and the quality of work was excellent. I would absolutely recommend this place. Oh, and the place is very clean. Yes, I looked at all of that!”
“My car died in my driveway. I called AAA who sent a tech that could not get my car to start and said I would need a tow. I requested one through the AAA app and the guy came within the hour. He told me he was unable to tow my car with his flatbed because he would have to drag it and told me that I needed to request a tow with a dolly. I waited a few hours for a tow (this is from another tow company that AAA sent and not Phil's). I was told the truck was on another call and would get to me shortly (this after waiting for over 2 hours). Finally, I get a call back that they were able to get another company to tow my car but it would take 90 minutes. At this point, who cares? I got a call from Alex from Phil's. He told me where he was and that he was on his way. He came with a flatbed and was able to bring my car to my mechanic, no problem. I was amazed by the skill and artistry that he used in getting my car safely on and off the tow truck! I have a newfound admiration for the drivers. He was friendly and helpful. He was also correct in his unofficial diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. I would definitely recommend this company and this driver. I wish AAA would've sent them first. It would've saved me over 6 hours of waiting for the other company.”

I came in to have a integrated rear view mirror / dash cam installed. This is something I *could* have done myself but not NEARLY as well. These guys were fast and did an impeccable job. I never could have installed it so cleanly and professionally. Also, when I turned the car back on the rear light wasn't working. This could have been a case where fingers were pointed and grumbling happened. That was not the case with dub citi...they took the customer first approach of just fixing it and sending me on my way. If you are on the fence about using a professional or doing the work yourself, look no further than Dub citi”

“I am sorry for the people that had a bad experience in this place because for me, it was 10/10 service. The workers greeted me with respect and kindness right away. I was referred here by a friend, so it was my first time and, sometimes, we just put up this defensive wall, but I don't regret coming here one bit. I came because of leakage in my tire. They inspected it, told me what was wrong, and fixed it within 15 minutes. They gave me the choice of a new tire or patching, to which I chose the new tire. I didn't feel pressured or forced. The price was definitely fair and reasonable for the service. The brothers, Al and Moe, talked to me about the other services they can do for my Mustang while the tire was being fixed and, again, didn't feel forced. To me, I appreciate the humility. “I was sold a lemon from Rockaway Nissan, After the dealership sent me the car I was supposed to leave with 5 days later at 5:50 pm and it was dark already so I couldn’t get a good look at the vehicle.I signed the piece of paper the two mechanics gave me and they were gone.I finally got a good look at the car.It was really filthy inside and out. It had a very bad odor of vomit,dirt and animal hair inside the entire car rugs.The windows inside and out were so dirty and the carpet was just awful. I was in shock when I saw the deep gouging around the whole car and it had scratches and rail rust everywhere on the Exterior. I had called Nissan and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told that he was on another line and that they would have him call me back immediately. I never got a response back from them. I finally called them and I spoke with them and I told them about all the issues. They sent me to three body shops in Nassau County. All Of them refused to do any business with Nissan because what they said was that they were irresponsible in selling cars that were not in good condition and that they sent them cars to fix because they should of never been on the road at all because of the condition of their cars and that didn’t pay their bills. I think they were deliberately trying to get past the 7 day return policy. I took it to Casino Auto and Dennis took one look at it and said that the car was DEFINITELY in an accident. He said, Look at the passenger side Quarter panel, it was a totally different color than the rest of the car. I think they had me test drive a different car than the one that was delivered 5 days late. After so many calls to them to tell them to take the car back and return my $3000.00 down payment, they said that I was past the 7 days. They added the 5 days that I had waited for it to be delivered the next day as PROMISED by the Dealership. They wanted to get it Detailed so it would be perfect for me?? I called Corporate for Nissan and after days of explaining what they had done to me, I was told that the day I signed the paperwork at the Dealership was the first day of ownership. They were very rude and told me if anymore complaints from me came across “HER” EAST-COAST REGIONAL- MANAGERS DIRECTORS desk, She would throw it out. I finally got the mechanics at the Dealership in the same building inspect the car. He had a full sheet of damages on that car. The whole undercarriage was covered in RUST. The Exterior was damaged and needed extensive repairs. The interior was covered in filth and animal hair and animal waste. The interior also had A horrific Stench of Vomit and was covered in dust and required a complete restoration to both Exterior and Interior. Dennis gave the financial Management his appraisal and Nissan said that $2000.00 was too much for a new paint job and the undercarriage repair job and the interior cleaning that was disgusting to even try and clean out would take days. Thank God that the Financial Manager took his calls because he avoided me and he hung up on me so many times that it made me physically sick. He spoke with Nissan and I finally got to go to another Dealership to EXCHANGE the car.If Dennis didn’t help me,i would’ve been stuck with fighting with Nissan for months on end. I know Dennis since I was a kid hanging out at Playland and I thank him for everything that he did for me. He’s honest, Caring and willing to listen and help if you need it.He’s DEFINITELY “MY HERO”. He’s getting all my business and I will definitely pay it forward for anyone who needs help with their cars and Take on the DISHONEST dealerships who will take advantage of you.Thank you so very much Dennis, I didn’t know about anything of what dealerships polices on which Auto Shop that I could use. But you gave me GREAT ADVICE. I know now who to trust in for anything about car dealership rip offs and I will be forever Grateful to you for helping me with deal with the horrible car issues that I had.
