I loved my experience at Astoria Organix Pharmacy. It's a very different experience compared to a Walgreens or CVS. You can tell, they truly care. Service is super quick, they are attentive, and run the pharmacy the right way. Mike, the pharmacist, makes you feel like you're family, and is truly passionate about medicine. He was able to transfer my prescriptions, offered free delivery, and works with you to tailor the pharmacy experience that works best for you. I didn't know independent pharmacies provided this type of service, can't believe I've been going to big retailers all my life. I'll be a lifelong customer. Can't recommend this pharmacy highly enough!

These guys are really amazing after switching from CVS. They call right away if there's any questions , and pick up right away if I have any questions. The best part is they accept just about every insurance and almost always have my meds in stock. If they don't , they order it promptly.

Everyone working there are professional and timely. They always go the extra mile to ensure that my mom medications are provided and will call the provider to discuss any medication concerns or refills.I love that they also deliver and place the pills in pill packs with the labeling of how to take each medication.I love this pharmacy

I have been going to this pharmacy for a couple of years now I recommend to anyone who needs a pharmacy where the staff goes beyond the duty to help u with any thing u need like to call ur doctor if the prescription has not been sent over etc if u need to buy otc items and u ask 4 an opinion basically the staff helps u with any concern u r having .not only r they helpful but they r also the nicest people ever they r just truly great period I recommend any one who is looking 4 a great pharmacy with absolutely a wonderful great staff go to astoria organix

As a native New Yorker, this is the kind of local place that makes me proud to be from here, and to take my business to such dedicated, effective people. I've been going here for over 6 six years and counting. So here are just a couple reasons why... - When I change providers, they call my new insurance until my medication is approved within the hour. - They proactively seek out coupons that cut $100s off the cost of my meds, without me even asking. - When they're out of my medication, they stock up quick and stay in touch with updates until it's arrived. - When I moved to Brooklyn, they catered to me and delivered my prescription to my door. - They consistently go above and beyond on weekends, during holidays, and at the last minute. They've saved my neck more times than I can count. - They have great rapport with my doctors' offices and receptionists, so I never have to deal with insurance and all the complications that come with it. I couldn't imagine going to any other pharmacy, and wish more businesses took pride in doing as good of a job as they do. Thank you guys for making my life a million times easier!

I've been here only a a few times now for refills. I agree with the review before me that the mask wearing is really not up to code, but that didn't deter me much. I am more upset with getting there and being told that my medicine is no longer in stock (even though I call and confirm the evening which I will be coming to pick up). The staff really doesn't even care the slightest, nonchalantly gives the "oh, I gave away the last one of those prescriptions earlier today, so you'll just have to come back when we get more in stock" speech. What? Umm. The hours are really not convenient for someone who works long hours and they are closed on Sundays which doesn't help. To not even be a bit empathetic or pretend to be upset about having a customer come there, just to be turned away AFTER CONFIRMATION of pick up date is actually disgusting customer service and plain rude.

I really hate to be the one to write a bad review but I have to. I had a few medications prescribed by my doctor and when I opened the bag the medications were all there but the parts of the body that I’m supposed to use them on were mixed up. I had to google each product to know where to apply them and secondly , none of the medications came with directions nor a list of possible side effects .

I used to love this pharmacy, but *twice* I passed lately and the workers were not wearing masks. I've seen two workers behind the counter not wear masks, and one person who seemed to be making a delivery not wearing a mask. To me this was outrageous for a pharmacy, especially such a small one; on one occasion, the door wasn't even open to circulate air. I was genuinely flabbergasted. The first occasion I was going to make a purchase and I turned around right away and left the place. The second time I had just walked by to see it this was a fluke or a pattern.
