Astoria Park Wine & Spirits is a very good liquor store in Astoria near the family friendly park. The owner is so nice and employees are all really friendly, always have favs in stock and the wine selection is great. The shop is spacious with plenty of room to roam and grab a bottle here and a bottle there. Bottles are nicely organized on shelves and stands front to back and all around, making a visit quick and simple. Prices are reasonable compared to Manhattan and are fair, with frequent wine tastings and social events that invite neighbors to try something new.
