“I'd been looking for a local shop to take my car for a while, but with the sheer number it was difficult to decide until I came across Salerno. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference for me. I also did not feel like they assumed I know nothing about cars (which is often the case as a woman until I start talking about what I DO know). They were very quick to look at what was needed, gather the parts, and the next day get the car done same-day. I find the prices to be very reasonable, especially compared to what the dealer quoted me for the same exact repair. Salerno was also way more thorough than the dealer on looking at what I pinpointed as concerns, and fixed exactly what I suspected was the issue. I'll note that I pointed out the same exact issue to the dealer, and it was absolutely overlooked. Definitely will be taking my car to Salerno for all future repairs!
Edit to add: When I first came in, I had my dog with me, and everyone loved him - he even got his weight in treats from the guys!”

“I scratched my car & needed it fixed ASAP. I came across a few places on google and decided to reach out to Stretch auto spa first. They were very responsive & quickly got me in for a quote. They were very confident and transparent about the results they were able to deliver, which I really appreciated. They didn't promise perfection, but said my car would be back to about 95%. They were even supportive when I mentioned going elsewhere for a quote & mentioned important questions to ask the other place. When I finally settled on Stretch, they were able to fit me in the same day. Within 2 hours, my baby girl was back to looking cute! She looked even better than I expected! You can tell how passionate the people who work there are about cars & taking care of their customers. I'll definitely be coming here for all my car needs!”

I called for a same-day appointment, and Kevin was incredibly kind and thorough in explaining all my options. When I arrived, I decided to upgrade from a basic wash to a full detail, and the team went above and beyond, even staying late so I wouldn’t have to come back another day. That alone earned my loyalty for life!
When I picked up my car, I was STUNNED — it looked better than when I bought it. Kevin patiently answered all my (many!) questions (most of which were unrelated to the detail service, and more about general car maintenance), walked me through everything they did, and shared great advice on how to keep it looking new.
As a woman new to car ownership, I really appreciated how honest, helpful, and welcoming everyone was. No upselling, no jargon. Just genuine service and amazing results. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

“I did a frontal PPF and full ceramic on my X3, Daima and Yasself were really professional and kept the lines of communication open to help manage unforeseen delays. Yasself went above and beyond with some extra work i asked him to do. They were also transparent with PPF application giving me options to go bulk or pre-cut, they respected my budget constraints and didn't try and upsell me or make me uncomfortable...i have to do a little more hands on maintenance on the edges with pre-cut but I signed up for it! “There’s no car wash experience better than splash n dash. It’s really a hidden gem of Jersey city. When you pull up your car is hand washed from the outside and the team doesn’t miss a speck of dirt. The vibes are always immaculate and the music and atmosphere turn a chore into a great time. They’re right next to Firestone so it’s easy to bring my car for a wash after being serviced. I am a huge fan of the rewards splash stars system and I tell all my friends to use splash n dash. They take such good care of their customers! Their interior work can’t be beat and such a great value for the whole wash. I always leave smiling. Couldn’t recommend George and his team enough. “Definitely the place to go if you want a thorough wash and care given to your car. A great team who got out some funky handprints on the exterior that would not come out in regular car washes or my own personal attempts. I LOVE how my car came out with the exterior/interior treatment which took about 30min and definitely want to come back for the fuller treatment which is 4hrs.”
