Joe was super helpful when I first called; he asked me for the relevant details, and then he explained the whole process to me, step by step. He made it all incredibly easy. After I dropped off the vehicle, he even gave me a lift to the rental car office.
And what an amazing job Joe and his team did! They found perfect replacement parts, did a miraculous job of matching paint, and in just 9 days they had my vehicle looking as good as new. They even cleaned the interior! Not only did my vehicle look amazing, it also smelled great. Plus, he dealt with all of the insurance company communications, from estimates to final payments, so I didn't have to.
