I genuinely think if you work near a train station that dispenses gold and silver dollars the people who work here especially behind the counter, should know what American currency looks like. I needed a drink to hydrate last night and the clerk wouldn’t take my silver dollar that I just got from the MTA machine. I can’t explain how annoying it is to watch two people, one of which doesn’t work at BP, speak in Arabic about whether or not MY money is real. Really think about that. These guys are not from here and are going back and forth about whether or not a currency is acceptable and one doesn’t work there. Neither came to a conclusion that is accurate. They don’t know the currency but they handle money? Be so serious.

Incident Report: Unprofessional Behavior at BP Gas Station

I recently experienced unacceptable treatment from an employee while attempting to purchase an ice cream. Upon entering the store, I picked up the ice cream and asked the employee the price. He provided an uncertain response, so I scanned the item at the nearby register to determine the cost.
Suddenly, the employee aggressively approached me, screaming,even get in my face and appearing confrontational. His demeanor was frightening and unprofessional. Furthermore, while yelling, he was eating something, and debris was flying out of his mouth and onto me.His very rude,arrogant,and disrespectful.
This encounter was disturbing and left a lasting negative impression. I expect a higher level of customer service and respect from employees.. His actions were unacceptable, and I hope this incident will be addressed

Regular gas has green handles and diesel has black handles. Ive been driving 20 years and the green handle is always diesel. Bp is trying to be cute and match their green branding but all it does is cause confusion

I live nearby ...and there allot of regular with no mask just like the employees in and out no mask and looks terrible ...Employee quote : but wait I will have a smoke in front of the door instead of securing a healthy environment for customers and there own family :( @ you own risk !
