I have been smoking cigars for six months, and my appreciation for them has grown significantly since discovering Cigar Warehouse. The knowledgeable staff, particularly Shishir, recommended the Padron Damaso to me. This cigar offered a remarkable new experience, quickly becoming a favorite. I've been coming here for years now, until today I didn't think much about how this place swindles you out of money. About a month ago I came in here and bought some stuff and the clerk behind the counter offered me something for free and I didn't notice until after I left he actually charged me for it. Fast forward today, I went in to buy 3 of the same item, the guy asked me if I wanted to buy the 5 they had left and I said no 3 will be fine, he left 4 on the counter and tried to ring me up for all 4, I explained I only wanted 3 and that's when he started to give me an attitude, so I explained that this would be my last visit, at that point the man behind the counter called me a white piece of s**** No wonder why this place is never busy, they treat people like s*** and try to get people to spend more money than they need too. There are plenty of other smoke shops in the neighborhood and I'm sure the service is better and most importantly cheaper, the prices in this store are outrageous and they should be ashamed. It makes a lot of sense that every time they sell something they have to take a picture of it, it wouldn't surprise me if the staff has been stealing from the owners for years.
