the pharmacy quite literally always has a line but that’s not the worst part. quite literally EVERY product is locked up - yes understandable you don’t want things getting stolen but this is actually ridiculous. Went in to get 5 things ended up spending 40 minutes inside just waiting for the staff to help open the locks - it’s not even their fault either since it’s just understaffed.

Very bad . All CVS are ripoffs. I called to pay for a family member medication, and they would not let me pay over the phone. They don’t care if life or death situation. They do not care about their patients.

Was buying a 15 dollar gift card when Sayeda (cashier) heard 50. When I realized and came back she apologized and said she must’ve misheard and her manager came and she lied the second the manager came telling her that she made sure that the amount was 50 and asked me several times when that never happened. The manager was nice but needs better staff.

I’d leave 0 stars, but I can’t. This pharmacy has got to be the worst I’ve ever been to. I’ve been using them for 1 year. I take medication that I absolutely cannot miss for seizures. Every month for the past 12 months, it’s never in stock and needs to be ordered. This past week, I was told it would be ready on Tuesday. Of course it wasn’t ready. I had to call multiple times to follow up. It is now Friday, and after leaving yet another message was told it was ready. I asked why this keeps happening, and how to prevent it moving forward. I was told I’d need to speak with the
manager, and they aren’t there until Monday. So thank you CVS for leaving me without my seizure meds for days. Also, good luck getting a human on the phone. Great job!!!

I would rate it 0 if I can. The pharmacy is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had me I sort transferred from another CVS and it takes them over 3 hours to proceed it from received to prepared then having to wait over 30 mins to get to the counter only to be told that it’s going to take another 20 mins. Not sure why it’s hard to fill a mediation and needing 4 hours to fill one prescription but definitely will not be coming back.
