People are always stealing in plain eye sight. They used to have security, obviously do nothing. The line for the pharmacy is the absolute worst. I only come here to pick up my meds. The lines are always annoying. Also, why don’t they hire actual security guards that do something?
One time I even told a worker there that someone was stealing. Did they do anything? no! Not even trying to stop them.
Their bathroom is disgusting. The prices are not affordable, maybe they have a great sale… but chances are the product involved in a deal, they only have one of.
The pharmacy techs are overworked but are all very nice. Maybe the nicest thing about this place.
In the Holiday Season they put up large-decorations in the front of the store and entrance that causes a blockade. Like no brains…
The pharmacy is open 23hours a day, they do take a lunch break, but I guess if you need to get your meds filled at 3am, this place can do it…

I had a horrible experience with the consultation employee at this CVS. She was extremely rude, refused to answer my simple question, and even raised her voice at me. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to leave. Completely unacceptable behavior—I will never go back to this location.

I’ve just arrived from other country to US as a new citizen, so I am literally not good at English yet.
Today I visited minuite clinic and asked about something to the NP or a doctor (IDK but I don’t care either) about my husband’s health issue(this was the first visit and we were just asking about the prescript my husband’s NP sent to the clinic)
BUT the NP was not listening to us at all and just doing her INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK by her phone WHILE WE WERE TALKING TO HER.
I know our English was so bad but trying to communicate with her with our best.
But the Healthcare provider’s attitude was awful and so disrespectful.
In this USA, many immigrant people are living together as US citizen, and she should be respectful at least we were talking
She even pretended to listen to us and scoffed.
It was terrible experience I ever had
I will never recommend you to go to this arrogant and disrespectful healthcare manager.

The store is terrible. All the products are in jail. It takes 30 minutes just to buy soap. It's obvious that cooperate does not want you to shop at the stores and their schemes are working because its a awful, demoralizing, dehumanizing experience.

The CVS pharmacy at Ditmars absolutely sucks! My son is wheezing like crazy this morning because CVS couldn’t give us a nebulizer and refused to mention that when we picked up the medication that goes in the nebulizer. When I went back to ask what happened, they took zero responsibility for not communicating that to anyone and when I asked for an alternative, they said to order one online but that’ll take days! He needs it now

Not a great service at the pharmacy counter. They forgot to enroll my prescription in automated refill ( although it was same active substance and brand) and thus the refills were lost. Bringing their oversight to the pharmacy manager on service that day felt as if I was talking to an AI device; waste of time and energy; nothing was solved.

I was talking to Sara from the pharmacy, She was assuming what I was going to ask & all of a sudden she hung up. Imagine a pharmacist doing this to a patient. The call was on 8/18/24 at 6:22 pm. Terrible pharmacy service!

I have been shopping at this CVS for years.
Positive Stuff:
The store is always clean.
Check out is normally fast through the self checkout machines.
Most of the staff are nice.
They have good sales
Negative Stuff:
While entering the store I was almost run over by a guy with a cart stealing a ton of beer. Two days prior to that the manager was video recording a shoplifter that was casually packing a plastic bag with all of the goods he wanted.
The line for pharmacy always has a long line. Most of the people at the consultation window do not seem to know what they are doing. I always have to ask for the pharmacist. The credit card machines in pharmacy have nevr allowed tap pay (apple, samsung pay).
I once bought magnet pictures of my son at the photo center. The lady did a very bad job applying the magnet and cut the pictures really badly. She expted me to pay for it. I told her that I could not accept the pictures like that and asked her to shred them if she was not going to give them to me to throw out. I could not believe this lady was going to try to keep pictures of my children.
I had to wait for 20+ minutes while sick for someome to come open the shelf so I could get nitequill.
This place is always crowded.
The recites are always extremely long. A ton of wasted paper for the digital age. You can just add that stuff to my app.

The CVS chain are scoundrels. After 4 years of spending more than $1500/month on medications, they have decided not to provide me with monthly medication that costs more than $600, offering the alternative of the same medication weekly for $1200 per month.
I don't know if it's even legal.
Obviously I have changed pharmacies.
But I have complained to the email they have in their app, and it is a fake: they don't even look at it and it is also blocked.
They act like real gangsters and thieves.
