This is an evaluation of the help I received from Mahendra, the store manager. He was obnoxious and I believe his frontal lobe is underdeveloped due to a lack of professionalism. With this atrocious experience, corporate must conduct a thorough examination as soon as possible because this manager has a negative impact on the retail establishment, and it is entirely unacceptable to promote someone like this in the company or career. He appeared to have more important things to do than help me.I asked for him to help me because the men's hair products was locked and I needed someone to unlock it. He glanced at me as if he wanted to dissect me, which I found completely unacceptable, and I believe he is gay. However, exhibiting this type of behavior in a working atmosphere is quite uncomfortable. After making that horrendous eye contact, he replied he'd have one of his staff members open it. He clearly stated, "You must wait 5 minutes," to which I replied, "I am extremely limited with the time I have, so please try to arrange for it happen sooner." He approached his coworker, stating, "This nigga is very impatient."This is extremely inappropriate, and I am going to escalate this concern to corporate and take the appropriate steps. Keep in mind that he held the keys in his right hand but was busy with someone on his personal cell phone. How does this place stay in business with leadership like this when it is such a high-volume store?

It's my go to store. I have been sick and needed to ask a quick question about the prescription. It turned out "I had to climb Everest" achievement! No one picks up the damn phone. The front store staff hardly got resuscitated to answer the front phone but they just blissfully unfazed to your frustration. Not to mention, the shift supervisor who said that he would go himself to pharmacy to let them know that they need to answer their phone, somehow did not make it to the pharmacy - maybe he got sucked into the black hole.... Needless to say, I had to use my GOD's given brain to answer my own question and figure out about prescription. Maybe this pharmacy is closing and all the staff is mad as hell because they are going to lose their jobs. Well, maybe they should join the rest of unemployed America.

I have lived in the area for over 4 years now and because of proximity, this has been my go to drug store. Unfortunately, in the last year, there has been a terrible shift in negative customer service. Every item is locked up and you have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for each item to be unlocked. If you push the call button more than one time, the employees get mad at you even though you are just trying to get one item out of the locked shelf in less than 10 minutes. I have started going to the Walgreens, 15 minute walk away, because I learned it is quicker to walk there and back then to get three items from cvs...

I can’t express how happy I was with my experience today at the 31-01 Ditmars location in queens.Jordan at the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me and didn’t let me just walk out disappointed.We need more people like him everywhere!I couldn’t have thanked him enough.I hope management knows what a great employee they have working there. Thank you again Jordan!!

Treated me if I were a. shoplifter, basically followed me around the store.When I did need help regarding an item INot worth the frustration.I definitely would never never recommend shopping in this establishment

Pharmacy close at 1:30 for lunch break I was there to pick up medicine 1:25 and there wasn’t any line there that would take 2-3 minutes but didn’t let me do it. Told me to comeback after 2. I had to wait 35 extra minutes. If pharmacy close at 1:30 then why I close at 1:25

This place is a wallet drain, only go here for emergencies. Great that it is open 24 hours and has plenty of handy things to offer, but the prices are astronomical compared to other locations. Only use it in dire need.

Its clean for a cvs, but almost everything on the shelves is locked up. The music in the store is constantly being interrupted by the button asking for help unlocking something. It makes me want to go somewhere else to purchase something where i don't have to wait for the one person on staff to unlock the one item i need.

I still can't get over the shock that this caused me mentally. He began calling me all types of names he began telling the other supervisor that that “I was nasty and rude and disrespectful.”The other supervisor / manager began to laugh.Also, I was buying shampoo and I have a 25% off coupon for an item. He then stopped the cashier from letting me use my CVS reward coupon because I refused to converse and play with him. When he noticed me recording I asked him again Can I use my coupon and he changed his response and said “yes I can try, but it won’t work”. Originally he said “no”.
