they deserve a 0 or if there is something less than 0 it will be their rate . this people just abusing the costumers , if you asking for services they will not help you if you don't transfer the money with them, and with such of low rate than the market .
their costumer service soooo pooor , i been calling since last month everyday ,the girl saying will call back she will never did , they don't respond the emails ,i ask for the manager she said on vacation since March, with attitude telling we are not able to help if you don't transfer money with us , and on the top of that she asking me to transfer more than a $1000 in order to help me with the service that i ask for ? so ridiculous person , i ask for her name she said Nadine , and i am pretty sure wasn't her name, from her way talking you can see her Egyptian dialect . telling me there is NO WAY TO HELP me if i DO NOT TRANSFER MONEY WITH DIRHAM EXPRESS.
