I rented a car for business. After several months, I got a phone call informing me they were recalling the car because was not safe. I was 2 hours from NYC and responded I was coming back only the week end. And they were fine. I called back and asked why they were not offering a new car in a close location. She never introduced herself and was nasty and inappropriate like this was my problem and not theirs. I told her I would leave the car in the parking lot and they could come to pick it up. She screamed at the top of her lungs "It is illegal". Then I responded if it was legal to have me drive a unsafe car and if something happened to me they would be legally responsible "We dont have liability " (really? knowing the car is unsafe and don't providing a safe car?). She continued to scream and yell (what about being apologetic?). I asked her not to scream and let me talk (she didnt). I asked to talk to the manager "I am the manager". My agency called around the nearest Enterprise locations No 4 WD car available for the moment. Concern was also the snow storm.... I returned the car to the nearest Enterprise location and I rented a car from another rental company. 1) Enterprise bad business decision. You loose a customer who rents for months. And you get a bad review. It seems I am not the only one complaining about the local manager. If there is a recalled/unsafe car make sure you exchange it with a safe care. Otherwise, I am afraid in Court you are not going to win. You knew but didn't take appropriate actions to correct it. 2) You record phone call. For real? then listen to the Tuesday 2/13/24 phone call at this location (manager screaming and yelling) 3) Avoid hiring people with poor manner and unable to deal with customers. People with anger issues should do an anger management course. And not be manager anywhere.

Wonderful customer service. Easy transfer with geico. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that I had to bring the car back in for them to put on current registration and fo the inspection.

I made the reservation online for Dec 30, 2023. The total cost was $62. When I went there, I told the lady there I want to have full coverage which she said costs $44. And I said it’s fine. Then, she said my total bill is $165!!! I told her that when I made the online reservation it was $62 (including tax) and with the full coverage it must be around $100. How did it become $165 for 1 day? She said if you don’t have full coverage, then it will become around $100. Given nothing she was saying making sense, I just left without discussing further. This unethical business is not worth my time or money.

Wow! What a refreshing car rental experience. After a couple years renting cars from rental locations (not Enterprise) at LaGuardia, I stumbled upon this Enterprise about 10 minutes away from my apartment. I booked a one-day rental (Saturday 9 a.m. to Sunday at 9 a.m). From the moment I arrived to pick up the car, to when I dropped the car off, the entire experience was great. Every employee was friendly and outgoing. The process to pickup and drop off the car was beyond quick and smooth. Definitely recommend if you need a rental.Note: they are only open from 9-Noon on Saturday and Sunday.

As good as a busy rental car place can be...rented from this location 4x now. Amanda and the rest of the staff are all very nice and seem to care, which is rare. Even when I had to wait awhile to get a car, I've gotten the car I requested or a step up. My advice is to go as early in the day as possible because they get busy (esp on weekends), but I guess that's the same for all rental places!

They’re one of the few places open on a Sunday so it was packed with so many people picking up and dropping off cars. The two girls working were so lovely and were so efficient for how many people (some grumpy) they were juggling. The rest of the staff seemed really efficient in cleaning up and turning over the cars coming in also. We did end up picking up our car an hour after we were reserved to leave, but she even gave us a pick between two cars!

I had my car hit and when I took it for repairs the insurance got me a rental from Enterprise. These guys ARE THE BEST ! The ladies were so helpful and professional beyond expectations. The cars well maintained and in perfect condition. Highly recommended !
