Preordered items here and per their policy, supposed to hold onto it until close of business day 3/29 via email from GameStop. I arrive 1.5 hours before closing and the manager there, Jesenia C, authorized the staff to sell my preorders off to others. I suspect she took my preorder herself to be resold. I am going to investigate and call their corporate because their email policy literally said it will be held until close of business day. Even the employee there was extremely apologetic and had no idea why she did that, which is highly suspicious. Like I said, Jesenia probably took it for herself to resell and went against her company policy. I will investigate and get to the bottom of this.

Triple check your receipt before leaving. They added on the warranty for a game at the last second before my brother paid for his pre-order of Monster Hunter. He didn't realize until he got home that they added it on without asking or letting him know. Scummy business practices just to make numbers.

Went to this location to get in line and wait for a chance to buy new release Pokemon cards. I was number 14 on line and there were over 100 people there. They were understaffed for a big event. One I repeat one store member was in charge of all this chaos. Hats off to the crowd that were very understanding and helped keep the calm. I’m not sure if this is there corporate policy but she allowed those in line to buy 2 of each product. That’s 6 per person so hence it to say only the first 6 folks got everything and the next 4 got one product. And then rest of us just left with nothing. We asked the employee multiple times to limit the number to 2 person so at least 30 plus folks could get a product. Her response was that’s for you to negotiate with those in line ??? Hmmmmm not sure that’s the best policy. Anyway the first 4 folks bought the maximum and started selling them to people in line in the store for 4-5 times the price. Good for them but you as a game stop should not allow this to occur in your store. The young lady did a great job considering what she had in front of her. Yes I write this review as a very disappointed person but I feel the situation should have been dealt with better.

Went to the store at 7pm and the store was closed due the employee break time, then I comeback at 7:55pm and the employee told me that the store was up to close and I should comeback by the next day. But at Google is showing that the store hours are from 12-9pm. I think that’s just disrespectful with the customer that’s coming to spend money.

I arrived at this location at 8:15 PM, well before the posted closing time of 9 PM (as stated on both Google and the door). I waited until I finally managed to flag down an employee at the front. Despite explaining my situation—that I just needed a gift card for my nephew—I was turned away and told the store was closed. The hours listed did
not mention any changes for today 1/2, only for 1/1. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Please update your hours to reflect the actual closing time to avoid wasting customers’ time, and consider improving customer service.
