Today, I stopped into the UPS Store in the Plaza Samir (the owner )was so pleasant and took the time to explain something I honestly didn’t realize: the UPS Store is not owned by UPS. Each location is independently owned, often by a family or small business owner. Samir opened this location in 2020 and has been working hard to run his own local business. It was a good reminder that when we support these stores, restaurants, salons, pet shops, and other local businesses, we are supporting real people and families in our community.
