My 2022 tax documents is missing out of three that was copy.Where I'm from you can be the best of best.And still mess up.Going elsewhere to have my taxes done.Which already happen! Plus please mail my remaining (3) tax documents to my home address on file please! Since now that the office is now temporary closed. And you stated you would do so last weekend. Thank You.Update: STILL WAITING FOR MY DOCUMENTS TO BE MAIL TO ME. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR PEOPLE. DO NOT GET YOUR INCOME TAXES OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS DONE AT THIS PLACE. MAIL MY DOCUMENTS!

I chose this location to file my taxes based on the reviews and I was glad I did.I was extremely impressed with the services particularly from Jay.Jay is very knowledgeable and professIonal.My tax situation was a bit complex given that I lived abroad for the earlier part of the year. Jay was not only patient in explaining what I was required to do, updated me every step of the way. Unmatched service. Jay is a wiz at filing and offered me some additional, helpful advice as he processed my paperwork. I learned so much from this appointment. Jay really is the best. He has been doing taxes with my wife’s family since she was a little girl. Her parents recommended him to us and though we live in FL now, we still only seek services from him. He is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. I highly recommend him.

Jay was recommended to me by a trusted friend. He provided excellent customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and reviewed information thoroughly. Normally I would do my own taxes but this year I had extra paper work to file that I was uncertain of. If I would have done it myself, I wouldn’t have even known where to start, would have definitely been pulling my hair. Thank you Jay for your expertise and knowledge. Definitely would recommend.

We went to see Jay to help us navigate our very complicated tax returns this year. We were initially using TurboTax, but for only a slightly higher cost, we figured it would be worth it for more personalized attention. Jay ended up saving us a lot of money compared to the TurboTax return that we were about to file! So glad we went to see him before we filed with Turbo. Jay was very helpful and gave us a lot of great information of things to keep in mind for the future.
