I went to this business today for takeout and they gave me the wrong address for my package. When I went to return it, they treated me like a thief. The female employee at the cash register told me to wait for them to open the package, which of course you can open and check, but there was nothing wrong with the package. She also made derogatory comments towards me while smoking an e-cigarette. It's ridiculous that this business employs someone who has no benefit to them. Please reprimand your employee and suggest they speak politely to customers, because she's walking around smoking weed!!!!

Evening Fridays Manager not customer service oriented.
I bought 9 boxes of champagne and visit monthly the store for purchases,
Asked for 1 exchange of sealed box and the reply was sorry no exchange. Manager looked at me and returned to his cubby without letting customer finish a sentence.
As a customer, I understand Rules are set for every venue but customer must be evaluated based on the business which they bring to the venue.
