I had the pleasure of working with Katerina Levonja for the refinance of my condo last month and could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was most professional and courteous throughout the application process. Andrew, our mortgage consultant, was excellent and did not hesitate to answer any of our questions. The process was quickly done through a secure portal, where documents can be uploaded quicker. Katherine Levonja is absolutely your person to go to if you want a loan. I had already contacted a few other banks to get an approval on a cash out loan and had been rejected or the process was too long. Katerina took my case personally and she made sure that everything was running smoothly through the process. Constantly checking in with me and making sure that all the paper work was in place. Started with our first house and going on the third loan with them We work closely with Katerina Levonja and she is the most knowledgeable and reliable. We thank you for taking our calls and text in the middle of weekends and evenings. We thank you for taking your time to explain and sort things out. We thank you for patience and support. Instead of getting paperwork one by one, I got an extensive list at the beginning of our loan process, and we knew exactly what to submit and look for. We got our commitment letter earlier than we could ever imagine, Our seller, who was anxious to close fast, "complained" we got our clearance too soon and were ahead of everyone's schedule. We got our keys last Friday and look forward to many great memories and it would not be possible with Katerina and her team and great Lyons Mortgage

So from my past experience getting a mortgage takes almost as long as a divorce and is sometimes just as painful as a root canal but not with LyonsThis was my 1st investment property purchase and from my 1st phone call 5 minutes into it with Katherine I knew I was very simply in good hands.It was very obvious that not only is she excellent at her job but is also a kind ,compasionate and very patient human being.She took the time to walk me through the entire loan process initially and then explained all the costs involved which never changed.Job well done but then she even offered rock solid professional advice that was in my best interest and not just for the company she works for .To me this was the thing that impressed me the most !I also dealt with Stephen within the actual office as well. Great companyI don’t normally leave reviews. My son is going to college and refinancing my home was the best option to pay for college. From the initial application to the closing of the loan the customer service was superior. My loan officer was attentive and knowledgeable. My closing officer was diligent and well informed. They both made this process simple and we closed on time with out any issue.If you are looking for a mortgage I highly recommend Lyons!

The salesperson I worked with was so patient in guiding me from pre-application to closing. He gave me his personal number and would pretty much always answer my texts and calls immediately, no matter the time. Did a good job clearly communicating what the process was going to be like from the onset, so the surprises were kept to a minimum. Everyone you talk to at Lyons really makes you feel comfortable. I didn't feel like an application number, quota, or an item on a conveyor belt. Thank you guys so much for the help!
