The minute clinic at Ditmars and 31st Street is great. The nurse is professional and caring. It is easy to make appointments and helpful.

Don’t go out of your way to come to this place. If you’re passing by, you can check whether it’s open. The MinuteClinic here is honestly very disappointing — it shows as open, but when you get there, it’s actually closed. There’s no way to contact anyone in charge, just a generic customer service number.

Well I’ll be damned, I never had a more pleasant experience in a CVS or with the medical establishment for that matter.
I have no medical insurance - I suspected I had strep throat & an ear infection. I called an ENT - $150 to look at my ear, $350 to look at my throat, plus labs and medicine. I went to a CityMD - $250 to be seen, plus unspecified $$$ for lab work and the test would take 3-5 days, which I did not have. I booked an appointment the next day with CVS -
It was great news that within the duration of the visit, the strep test swab was being tested as the nurse practitioner continued to take my vitals. Before she even finished looking in my ear, the test beeped positive. I was able to discuss and tell her all my symptoms and weird queries. Erica Edmund, NP was clearly knowledgable and an intelligent lady. She was truly lovely. I was standing in the wrong part of CVS & she had been calling me to see me. The whole process from checking in online on your phone to be seen, being treated, and recieving your perscription was so seamless I had never experienced such efficiency in the US. I had to write this review to let y’all know!

If I could give zero starts I would. The clinic staff regularly don’t show up and they do lot notify you as a customer. You show up and there’s just no one there. No one to help. No explanation. It’s totally unacceptable. 4 of us had to walk out with no one able to help us.

Had to re-schedule 4 times bc appointments kept getting pushed back. And by pushed back, I don’t mean by 15-30 min, I mean pushed back by hours
So ofc, I couldn’t make my 11am appointment at 2pm 🤷♂️
The whole point is that I can get in and out within minutes, “minute clinic,” but tell me why it takes longer than an actual office.
(Ended up going One Medical)

Wonderful experience. I had severe sore throat and was in so much pain. I made an appointment online and was in&out in 30minute with antibiotic prescription. No endless waiting.
If you paying out of pocket, like I did, you'll pay 139$ for visit + any additional tests.
Highly recommend.

I had very good experience with Minute Clinic CVS. I had good service with Ms. Erica, who took her time to explain everything to me. She did a flu test and it came positive. Right away, she prescribed antiviral. Everything went fast within a limit of time.
I will definitely recommend Minute Clinic CVS to anyone who needs service.

The Ditmars Astoria CVS Minute Clinic far exceeded my expectations. Sanitary, Calm Nurse which answered questions clearly and in a non-rushed manner. Nurse Edmunds at this Minute Clinic gets high marks across the board from me.

Provider made a mistake on her note (incorrect date) and as a result it’s not accepted at my job. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for days on end. And nothing available unless i make a new appt and go all the way to the clinic which would take 2 hrs. This is ridiculous and beyond terrible. I’ll never use minutes clinic again.

When I go here I always feel heard. They take my concerns seriously and take the time to give me logical explanations for why I came in, and their remedies and/suggestions always work

I came in for a ear cleaning and got a little ball of cotton removed. My ear was ringing and Doctor Spahic helped me with my issue and had a very memorable experience at this clinic. Very professional and fast service!

Not coming back! I looked at the person, that was there in the eyes for seconds and somehow the person thought that I was flirting! I am from New York and as far as I know eye contact is acceptable here, regardless of the gender. I am a LADY and I got a flu shot on November 10th.

I went to get a A1c test done today. Dr Spahic “you rock.” Thank you for all your knowledge on diabetes. I will definitely be back for medical screenings/physical/vaccines going forward and will recommend your location to friends & family.
