Just had the best inspection experience ever, didn’t even need an appointment, took 15mn at moat and my car was ready, service was very good and the prices are extremely reasonable, definitely a good address to keep for any car issue.

I took my car here to have the motor in two of my power windows replaced. After dropping my car off, the mechanic gave me a whole list of other issues with my car but said it was “nothing major” so I wasn’t all that concerned or surprised being that it’s a 2004 Highlander. I will admit, this is partially my fault because I didn’t ask what the cost would be to repair the “minor issues” since I didn’t mind spending a few hundred bucks more if that meant not having to worry about any problems in the future. Long story short, the power windows should have cost me somewhere around $1500 with labor and parts included. The other minor issues, (again, I didn’t ask for the cost, so that is partially on me) I assumed would be $500-$600 at most. When I got my receipt the bill came out to just above $3500. One of the charges being a $500 “tune-up” which I’m not even sure they did. A few months later and my rear window slides off the track from time to time. They chipped the plastic on both sides of the little cup holder when they were taking the trim off my passenger door, the clip that held the bar to prop the hood up is somehow completely gone so now I have to keep it in the trunk, two of the plastic guards underneath the car were missing a bolt so they were hanging a little bit and they just removed them entirely, and on top of all that, not that I care about aesthetics, but they stained both of my floor mats with oil. This place is a chop shop disguised as a mechanic. There are MUCH better mechanics in the area, find somebody else.

I've been bringing my Ford Edge to this mechanic shop for a while now, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Oz has consistently done an outstanding job whenever I come in. Whether it's routine maintenance like oil changes or more detailed inspections, I know my car is in good hands. Oz is thorough, professional, and always takes the time to explain any issues and the work that was done. I trust him completely with my vehicle, and that's why I keep coming back for every oil change and inspection. Azhar and team repaired a project that my regular mechanic was not equipped to handle a few months back.
Again, my regular mechanic ran into another snag and we are back at Modern.
Finding a good mechanic is tough but finding an amazing mechanic is a game changer.

Very good service and very fast, I came in because of a noise in the tire and it was the shock absorber. They changed it in a short time and I was back on the road. Excellent service, recommended.
