I called first before going to this PC Richard's store in Astoria. I was looking for a particular 4K television. Mohamed serviced my concerns from phone calls up to the purchase. He was very helpful and pleasant. It was because he was professional and courteous that I made the nearly one hour drive. His demeanor remained the same after I arrived to the store. I made the purchase and was very pleased with the service and my purchase. Highly recommend the store and the sales associate, Mohamed.
