Ignore the ratings, as an health professional I give this lab and specially Erica 5 stars. She is VERY professional and efficient. For those complaining about time, it took just 30 mins even with 4 people ahead of me in line, so who likes to complain will complain at anything. No complain, Highly recommend this lab!!

I really had a great experience. Phlebotomist is bilingual , very professional and nice. I had a great experience there for my mother. Any future blood work i will go back.

I had a blood test done in this Bioreference location. They have one employee a long wait and a lot of people waiting.BIOREFENCE doesn't even have hand soap in the bathroom. Be prepare if you are a lady taking a urine test?. We are living on COVID-19 times and they don't have hand sanitizer available either.

I have been to other BioReferrence and I think they are great - but in this particular location there is a lady who 1 - does not speak English; 2 does a poor job as per my experience.

They tend to post the that the hours of operation are from: Mon-Fri from 7am - 6pm but when you call no one answers the phone? This is not the first time its happened. It makes your business look very unprofessional.
