I feel terrible having to write such a review however the manicures here are subpar at best. This was my second time going because my salon was unexpectedly closed. The manicures do not look professional. Not sure if it is the technique or quality of the poor gel polish but both times I have been here I walked out with nails that l could have done better myself. The gel polish is thick and uneven, almost bubbly, and cuticles in review pics are butchered. The only inventive I see here is price however you get what you pay for.

I have been going there, almost 7-8 yrs now!! NEVER Disappoint with anything, Jessi is my favt Nail artist, TRUST ME, I just love them so much!!! The work is amazing and that’s all matter at the end.
Requested style: Anything or any style I show them, Jessi just now how to do it.
Specialties: In everything.
Cleanliness: Super clean.

Stopped in for a manicure and thought they did a great job. Jessie has such precision when she painted my nails! Also prices for a gel manicure here are comparable to other salons.

The service was fine. However their prices listed on their website are inaccurate. They didn’t apologize or seem to care when I told them. It felt heavily deceiving. Be careful.I also got a comment on how I should wax my legs. It’s winter. I’m a human. I don’t even need to provide an explanation for this one.

Bad experience cut my fingers while doing my SNS dip manicure. It did not last my nails chipped and broke soon after getting it done. Will never go here again.

Loved my experience here! I got a regular mani pedi ($35 before tip) and they were super efficient and listened to my asks attentively and delivered exactly what I asked for. In a neighborhood full of nail spots I’m glad I found Potala and will definitely be coming back

I had a really bad experience today. The woman who did my nails was slovenly my nail polish was applied in a pretty bad way I'm sure this gel manicure won't last more than a week. They put a piece of paper on my feet to put my shoes on and the nail was still wet. The worst part is that I spoke with the owner and she didn't care. I won't come back. I felt robbed.
