After being quoted $60 for a banner, I was charged $65. Over email, they stated \\\"next day turnaround once order is processed.\\\" After four weekdays, the order is still not ready and apparently it is in New Jersey. I went by twice in person to go and pick it up, but they were not ready both times. When I call, they don't pickup. I recommend you avoid this place and pay a little more for a more professional place. The office and location is a complete mess, and the outside awning/banner for their own shop is inaccurate. You would think a printing shop would be able to print their own banner nicely, but you can see from their own lack of professional signage that they don't have this ability. Not only do we not have our order, but I also have not received any refund.

They're open! The sign outside says "Real Estate" because they've recently moved back in, but it is Print in Minutes. And huge thank you for helping me out yesterday - I had a really hectic and stressful day and the folks here went out of their way to help me out and make it smoother. Great place, great people! Definitely recommend! Also, it is cash only, so come prepared!

I'd give no stars if I could. Print in Minutes is more like Print is Suspect. Rodney is rude, unprofessional, dishonest, arrogant, liar, terrible, no customer service or interpersonal skills, terrible business man. I had to physically go to the office and pick up my order, which I am not nearby. I'm glad I did because he was going to mail my tickets out incomplete. I was told it was ready to ship the night before, when I got to the store it was not ready and already late. He did not try and compensate me or even apologize. He sloppily stapled the tickets together. There were 50 extra tickets in my order, which he arrogantly said I will just throw them out because you only ordered 100. Which he could have politely offered them to me. I will never use his service again, and I suggest no one else use him either.
