Super rude staff. Hope no one there ends up in my job cause I will give them the same respect. No good workers acting like they are higher beings. I had to edit they should clean house and give the job to people that have good customer service skills

Very bad care, there is no good care, they do not provide clear information to the patient. They also don't give results for more than two months waiting for results! Bad attention, bad laboratory

Wow! Website says walk in. Great. Appointments will be seen first. Fair. However. I walked in and the intake person said that I would only be seen if there is a cancelation. So I would have to wait there until....wow! Let me know that prior to making my way to the office getting there 20 mins.prior to the 8am opening. Give accurate information on your website. And why were other patients speaking so negatively about their prior services at Quest....wow!

Very professional lady who took blood samples for my daughter. Quick, efficient and gentle, did not hurt. Waiting time was a little longer than I expected but in general 17' wait was not too bad.

My experience here was very smooth. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, was called right on time, and was out of the facility 10 minutes later. That said, I can see why this location can frustrate some people because there is no receptionist and the process only really works if you follow the instructions you are texted and you're able to handle doing things through a website. I was seen by Jerry and he was great.
I deduct one star only because I think they should still have a receptionist (particularly to help people who have issues with the process and to relieve the phlebotomists from having to do work they shouldn't have to do).

I was showing as number 1 on the wall in list. There were 5 others behind me but they all went before me. I was the last in the room n finally was asked to draw blood. The technician was also terrible at drawing the blood. The most painful draw. Now I have a 4mm cut on the area. The technician cut my skin while drawing the blood with the needle. It supposed to be a small needle hole not a line cut

Do not drive here. Their is no parking and it's insane traffic. Quest office was down a few steps and to your right, from the front.
I booked my appointment online.
My entire experience was less than 20 minutes.
Katherine, was very professional and efficient. She offered clear & concise instructions.
I would recommend.

Scheduling options are very limited for this location. In addition you have to make appointments online. Some people are not computer literate. You should be able to make appointments in the office with additional personnel on site to do this.
If you cant do that then you should accommodate more walk-in appointments given that Quest has taken over most of the laboratory services in Astoria, Queens from other companies for example Lenco and Advantagecare Physicians. They need to be open longer on weekdays and weekends.
I had an appointment for 1140am and noted just by observation that the next appointment was not till 3pm and the waiting area was empty. Patients could have been served during that time.
The staff have exceptional customer services skills on the bright side.

Great and fast service from the employees! Unfortunately the results aren't that fast and it's very hard, if you arrive by a car, to find a spot in the area, but that is not their fault. There is a Mount Sinai hospital nearby. Recommend!
