I've been getting my vaccine boosters here 2 times with my mother yesterday I go to get my booster shot and we are told that they don't have Pfizer vaccine and our insurance anthem blue cross blue shield doesn't cover it which is dumb my insurance said the new benefits won't affect my coverage but it is. They tried to charge us 200 dollars for each vaccine even though they are supposed to be free

Pharmacy here is usually great. However, the store itself requires you to waste 30 mins of your time to buy something as simple as tooth paste or deodorant. Everything is locked behind a plastic and you need to call an employee to buy them which is a very frustrating process. Unfortunately, it seems like there are not enough employees working here, so you can wait 15 minutes.Besides that last time i went, their self check out was not working properly and only one person was working at the register. There were at least 20 people waiting in queue as a result.It would be great if you respect customers’ time and facilitate a more efficient environment.

My low review is specifically to do with National-level decisions at Rite aid branding their generic products.I wanted to buy pseudoephedrine decongestant but got the stupid phenylephrine “decongestant” box by accident because the products are labeled similarly as “maximum strength” and look nearly identical.Unfortunately, phenylephrine does literally nothing to help congestion. You may as well swallow some pennies and nickels. Phenylephrine products shouldn’t even be sold in stores, garbage. If you do sell it, it shouldn’t be next to the real stuff in a nearly-identical box.

They don’t answer the phone, and process prescriptions without customer/patient’s approval.Update three months after, they filled up my prescription again without my consent. Nothing changed. I called, this time they answered the phone, and cancelled it.How do they get ou prescription? The doctor office did not send it to them. Really strange!

The pharmacy staff is pretty quick and helpful. Unfortunately, most of the things I would go to a Riteaid to buy are now behind plastic, so I just buy them at other stores in the neighborhood with more respect for their customers' time. Not interested in standing around for 15+ minutes so I can buy floss.

Wow I don’t know why I literally got 5 reminders about my vaccination appointment and seriously waited an hour for them to try to get it through my insurance which they ultimately could not do. Do better rite aid

I have been trying to call the storeto reach the pharmacy for days and there is no one answering the phones. Moreover, the automated phone message that usually allows you to input a prescription refill over the phone doesn't play when calling anymore. No idea what is going on with this store?!

Clean, spacious store open late. I wish they didn't have self-checkout. Those are valuable jobs for people who can make shopping a more pleasant experience.They only have 1 cashier and 2 self-checkout stands so lines get pretty long. Pleasant staff.

I am a school student and go here every week to buy supplies with MY own money and buy other personal items that should be my own personal business but no. I went there today and was called an IT by a store employee and he was judging me off of what I was buying and saying rude stuff I bought a gift card and he was saying I shouldn’t waste my money on something like this I know it sounds stupid but I would prefer to spend my money that I worked for without being judged it also shouldn’t matter as long as I’m paying while literally fifty percent of the people shopping there steal items. And honestly I was quite shocked and how I was treated while another customer there besides me was treated kindly and I was treated poorly. Another thing is how we are always being watched by someone like how I was followed and watched by a employee which felt scary knowing I’m a minor alone made me feel uncomfortable also I know it was for security protocol but the cameras exist for a reason and are never being watched or monitored and most of the employees look miserable or just bored and aren’t doing their jobs and just roaming around for minutes and take there sweet time walking to people when they need help. Do better!

This store needs to be investigated. Their shelf prices are significantly higher than any other riteaids. Hair spray is $18 dollar in store, but when going through website for pick up in store the price is only $13; But it’s the same store, same product…

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. It’s like no one works here. All the product is locked up and I had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to come unlock a $10 bottle of lotion. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this place at all costs. I get that theft is an issue but at this point Rite Aid is probably losing money because it’s so inconvenient to shop there. If you’re going to lock everything up then do better. And before you tell me to contact you in other ways, I already told you what’s wrong. Do your job and fix the problem.

Ever since more items were locked up, which is admittedly a good thing pertaining to theft and product availability, I have been waiting very unreasonable amounts of time to get something that's locked up. I'm talking 20 - 30 minute waits. Looking for an employee after almost 30 minutes of waiting after pressing a service bell gets very old and aggravating quick.

Incompetent pharmacy staff that expect you to have a prescription for medicine you can get over the counter. Very slow pharmacy staff where you'll have 15 people in line, only to arrive at a person that doesn't even know what they're talking about.Incredibly rude store OWNER that sluggishly walks around in the middle of walkways and aisles, blocking people from walking past. Arrogant, non-caring attitude and fat, blocking most of the walk space.Incredibly rude manager (black man, fat, bald headed) and staff (black woman, tall, curly haired) that will mock and laugh at you based on your appearance and stature. Otherwise, the staff are ignorant of what's behind their counter and cannot understand English well.If you need to get medicine or interact with the staff to shop at THIS Rite Aid, I strongly suggest you go elsewhere so you don't have an aggravating time.
