Find a better location, work wasn’t done anywhere close to professional and repair was not finished when ready for pick up up, rear view mirror not installed and windshield dirty and stained with yellow marks, car needs to go back for wind noise filtering around seals..

They will not take responsibility for anything that they break or tear.1) I had a dash cam camera installed on the window, they did not reinstall it. They just left it hanging on the wire.2) the inspection sticker was totally torn apart. When I showed it to the guy, he told me that I can just order another one from the DMV.That’s besides the fact that they are fourfold more expensive than any other installer. Worst experience ever.BTW. My appointment was 11 AM and it took them 1 hour before they even looked at the car, extremely unprofessional.

Poor service. These technicians will tell you the repair will take a certain amount but you will be waiting almost 3 hours. They just want to make a buck and don't care about your time.

I received excellent service by my safelite technician, Eddie. He met me in the street and called to let me know he was a few minutes away prior to arrival. He was very professional and explained the whole process to me as well as future expectations. Would definitely use safelite again.

If the manager does not cancel your appointment, maybe their service is good . In the meantime avoid this location, they won't keep your appointment on their book unless they talk to you the day before (and this despite sending you a text confirmation on your cell). If you don't pick up the phone, they won't leave a message, or email or text you. They will just cancel your appointment with no other notice. I showed up both times... 2.5 hrs of driving wasted...

Once the appt was booked, every part of our experience was fantastic! The customer service and communication were both excellent. And the car was ready earlier than expected. They even followed up with us several times after the work was completed. Our insurance covered everything and we did not pay a dime. The location was convenient for us and the shop was clean and professional. We can strongly recommend this location.

The place replaced glass, but customer service could have been better. I was never called or notified when it was ready. When I arrived to pick up my my car. The person at desk could not tell if it was ready. One Gentleman was more helpful and tried to help. The gentleman seated at the front desk was not too enthusiastic to assist. I was told the car was going to be driven out of the shop. But I waited 10 min and then went inside trying to get anyone’s attention so my car will be giving to me. They did not very if I am in fact the owner of the car just gave me a car I point out to.The glass had to be calibrated, which they said they could not do, did not know how to clear out the error code.

They did my rear windshield a few months ago, which involved refitting the rear spoiler of the car. This week the thing just flies off on the highway and is lost forever. Geico won’t pay for it because they said that Safelite’s problem but what did the technician from Safelite say?“If it was our fault, it would’ve happened right away.”I asked repeatedly if he could show me in writing the number of months that they use as a cutoff for “fault” because I remember being told it was a lifetime warranty. He could not show me anything in writing, simply refusing to do the work. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

Very disappointed, bad service. I was supposed to have my back window replaced . They move my appointment to another day. I look for other place finding the same service for half of the price

Waste of time, said they can’t change my glass because I have after market wheels. A bunch of scammers because it’s on insurance claim. What does wheels have to do with glass? Brain dead people work here. It's not policy other safelite location even said the same thing "What does wheels have to do with glass"....

This place is legitimately bad at what they do. Theyll schedule your appointment on the wrong time, then release your part after you've reschedule. They'll offer "fixes" and their service manager won't answer their phone when you reach back out.
