Customer service was great. The young man was knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us out to our car without being asked. We purchased drawing the sales promotion which is very helpful for savings.

Sales associate was an excellent candidate for this store considering that I didn't want to travel to a busy location. He took care of me extremely well. Only problem was that the price was a bit steep but wanting a good paint, you get what you pay for. They did have different price levels and mixed your paint shade to what you need. I recommend this paint store for anyone who really needs good paint quality for their job at hand.

my uncle is old ,my uncle is stubborn , my uncle is old fashion , my uncle is very cheap and now my uncle is visiting his son on the west coast and his daughter wants to paint her dads house before he returns . i got a bunch of estimates for a complete paint job and now i understand why my uncle is a cheapskate . no problem as i got 4 guys to paint thanks to my bowling buddy. after showing jose (main painter ) what needs to be painted ,he told me exactly how many gallons of paint was needed , the color and what other supplies needed for the job . i headed to sherwin -williams paint store on 37th st in astoria and i was hooked up with everything i needed for the job. large parking lot out front made it a quick in and out visit . the counter guy was very helpful and recommend a top grade paint that will last a long time and at a reasonable cost . this paint store has everything you need from paints to supplies , etc . i was lucky cause the 4 amigos who were doing the painting had all the brushes , buckets , drop cloths, etc, i just had to get the paint and some filling plaster . i did not have to travel far for the paint and job was done in 3 days and looks professional without the pro cost . very good paint store in astoria and my cheap uncle will be happy and even more when he finds out that it wont cost him a penny.
