I’m sorry for this rating. The store itself is spacious and welcoming, but the representative I dealt with was uneducated, rude, and unprofessional. She doesn’t seem to understand that a good conversation starts with being a good listener. How can you answer a question if you don’t listen and understand it first?
I entered the shop to ask a question about international calls, but the representative kept answering as if I was asking about roaming. During the 4-minute conversation, I felt verbally assaulted. With her high tone of voice, she kept saying, “Listen to me,” “I am telling you,” and “You don’t understand.”
Thank God another representative stepped in and stopped the conversation. The new representative was kind and professional enough to answer my simple questions. The first one is not fit for the job. Because of her, I will never go back to that store.

I must say spectrum cell phone service sucks , it’s the worst company I ever been with , waste of money , I’m paying for services that don’t even work properly, I can’t even go on social media without it freezing , people please don’t use spectrum their service sucks even the WiFi is slow!

Not going to speak about this location in specific but my experience with spectrum in general. Spectrum is the worst internet provider i’ve ever dealt with. First the internet device kept disconnecting from electricity cable so i glued it. YET, the internet still disconnects by itself multiple times during the day. It’s so annoying and inconvenient when i am working on something important online and it cuts in the middle of my work. And then i have to wait 10-15 minutes each time for mr internet device to come back on the time it wishes. Called customer service. They brought us 3 technicians and none of them knew how to fix the problem, how embarrassing. Now i am 100% sure about my transfer to another Internet Provider.

I needed to have a modem replaced and I was in and out in like 5 minutes. Maria was very helpful and pleasant!

The manager/supervisor of this store, along with their staff are to be commended! Great people skills and everyone's pleasant. My problem is always fixed within the 1st 5-10 minutes I'm in that store! 👍👍👍👍👍

I had a terrible experience at this Spectrum store on New Year’s Day at 12 PM. The young lady behind the counter was extremely unhelpful and showed no willingness to assist me with my messy situation. Her poor attitude and clear lack of interest in helping made an already frustrating situation worse.
Thankfully, I went to another Spectrum store in the city and had a completely different, much better experience where everything was resolved quickly. I would not recommend this store, and I strongly suggest that Spectrum review this employee’s conduct to ensure better customer service in the future.

Experienced an outage today starting at 10:30am lasting until 3pm with multiple service interruptions. Denied credit on the account because according to their records it was under 2 hours and they have rules preventing any further disputes. I work from home and had to leave to go a cafe to continue working. I really don't care if it was under 2 hours because I still pay the monthly service. Fix your protocol.

This store worker are rude and the manager guy is bad too. I have talked on app they only need id . When I got store they refused give me SIM card. And asking me social number. No reason I need to verify with social. I’m here with my own I’d. i will never go this stor again.

Outages almost every day this week. The price just went up without warning. Customer service is awful. There are so few choices but this is not the choice, highly regret choosing spectrum. Only stayed with them because switching is such a pain but this week has solidified my choice to leave after this billing cycle.

This evening we wanted to upgrade my boyfriend's phone cause he would travel abroad in a few days
Maria was the amazing girl who helped us, so kind patient she was above and beyond accommodating us. We ended up not getting the phone cause she kindly explained that it would be locked for the next two months and his service could not be really interrupted.
I work in the hospitality group as well, such a nice helping person I haven't seen in many years. Thank you Maria we will definitely see you soon to upgrade to the new iPhone 16 ❤️
