SCAM!!! They lie to you to add a phone number to your plan. A year back I had gone to transfer the account in my name. I made it clear to them that I am only interested in Internet, that I want the lowest price they have. They told me and insisted that there is nothing else lower than 80$ a month for internet but if I get a phone number in my name I will pay $45 the first year and not $80 which is for the Internet. When I saw on the bill that it said Internet/TV I started looking into it and found out I was paying $30 extra a month for TV I didn't ask for and never used. They take advantage of some people not having time and don't know it to earn their BONUSES and upsell to bigger contracts and it seems to be a group tactic as I remember the employee asking his superior that I spoke to about the internet. it's not bad to promote other programs, but things change when you lie to exploit the customer who at the time doesn't know. SHAME

i was just here it was ok accept for the hello may i help you bit im not sure the meaning of such a question it leaves me breathless and confused i am holding a box to return it to you the box is from you i am on the returns line how can you help me do what just take the box and ask me to sign the reciepty as to which i never even read by the ways /what did i just sign? i have no clue ??? helping some one means giving them food or water the correct way to ask is are you applying for my job just kidding the corrected way is to say "are you here to drop off or to pick up?" or do you need a new phone plan / you work for spectrum so your not personally helping any individual /my point is that you need to label to sorts of help that you provide when you ask if oyu can help them such as "i am here to help you would you liek to sign up for cell phone service from spectrum" how can i help you is street lingo to ask some one if they are looking for a fight you kind of threw me off when you asked me this question

They are nice, friendly helpful and knowledgeable at my local store in Astoria, New York but not at the first store I went to non 23 Street in Manhattan.

Been there for asking why bill is raising up and Anthony was there to help.He explained about all the alternative and promo that I can get. He was very patient and friendly which was very hard to get from. Thumbs up to him.

Most unprofessional, rude and nasty staff. Even the GM was unexceptionally rude. I even helped a customer with their phone issue Davy f them time with something they could not help him with a simple matter the guy athanasio is l ignorant and it's like his first day looks like very unprofessional, knows nothing. He made a mistake, and he tried to argue with me. Meanwhile, I have service here never had a problem Always paid automatically and they don't wanna help me telling me they don't want to help me. This store is one that I dont want to return to or anyone here should know. RUDE

I am a long time customer and I am highly satisfied with their services. Recently, I got a great deal with them and I am also enjoying a reasonable bill for their excellent services. I received all new equipment to receive the best services. I have hooked up all the equipment myself but they are also available to hook them up for you by setting up an appointment. They are also very well organized. I would highly recommend them to my friends and families.

You wouldn’t believe the runaround we got from AT&T to get my mom’s phone transferred over to Spectrum. But Md Arifuzzaman was patient and resourceful to find a workaround. He went over and above until the issue was resolved well over an hour later. Fantastic job under difficult circumstances. Thank you Md.
