I’ve been here multiple times recently and most of the workers in the store look they don’t wanna be there. So if you’re looking for good customer service with anything in there (returns, fax/printing) you probably won’t get it.
True story, I walked up to the return line once and as soon as one of the workers sees me coming they turn in the other direction pretending they don’t see me instead of doing their job. Unprofessional!

Don’t go here if you need a passport photo! They advertise that they do them there, but no one will do them for you! Wasted a half hour myself before giving up

Employees are very nice here, however if you are here for amazon return, its absolutely a nightmare. I’ve done prob 10+ returns here and everytime there’s something wrong with the phone scanner, ipad scanner login or just one person working at the register and getting overwhelmed with the long line since they combined the returns and checking out at one register. Please figure out a better system for that.

By far the worst place to go in Astoria for absolutely anything. The store has absolutely everything you’re looking for but the staff is horrendous! Every single time I go there, all employees are always moving at turtle speed like they’re counting the minutes to go home.
The Amazon return line is right next to the checkout line and the lady attending that register is simply mad with life apparently.
Went there for a return and the lines were kinda mixed. Up until someone on the line asked which one was for, the lady on the register didn’t bother to explain which one was for what.
Waited 20 minutes when the line was simply opened. The only reason I still go there it’s because i live one block away.

The woman doing the Amazon returns will deny you service if you make a mistake on the return barcode instead of helping and suggesting to switch it to staples store on the Amazon app not ups but the sign outside says ups so it can be misleading. Apparently she’s very sensitive and aggressive towards other women. Returns are simple just scan and take the item like any other place. Don’t recommend this store if you are a woman. The ups store in Steinway or Woodside has no lines and respectful workers who don’t get upset and deny service when asked simple questions.

People are generally nice, but service is slow and people doing the passports and TSA preflight check-in services gave out false/inaccurate info. If you take a passport pic with them and you wear glasses, take them off. For the TSA service, you have to have an appointment, and have either an enhanced ID card or already have a passport with you. If they had done their jobs correctly, it would’ve saved me some time and money.

Customer service was horrible , I asked the people in the front where you check out if they can help me for me to print something out , I was told there’s something that can do it and they continued to talk amongst themselves. I waited for someone to help me and I had to go back to the register and and ask them again and there was a gentle man that was laughing and a girl that was very rude and I was told no one could assist me.
