Nice, family owned local business. Great prices. Quick service, they will never keep you waiting long for a prescription like the Rite Aid down the block (or any chain pharmacies really). Added bonus being that they all seem to be generally kind people (in our own NYC way), looking out for their neighbors.

4% service charge wasn’t disclosed upfront. Plus, my FSA card “didn’t work” with no real explanation of why. Tried a local pharmacy and this one didn’t work out. Off to another one

I prefer to have my prescriptions mailed to me because it's more convenient but the folks at Strand are so helpful when it comes to ANYTHING that I just rather give them my business so I go to them.

Great place, the owner Michael will help get something if they don't have it in stock. Anna will let you know about your meds and Chris and Arthur are very helpful. Been going there for over 40 yrs and won't go anywhere else. Update a few weeks ago they over charged me 150 bucks. Owner mike tells me its no big thing. I was the one who noticed it so if i didn't i would be out the 150 so to me it is a big thing

Very poor service. Another gentleman and I were on line while the cashier was on the phone for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile there were 2 other guys working there who were just walking around devoid of any purpose. Finally when it was my turn, I drop off my UPS package and ask for a receipt, only to be told "oh sorry I already scanned it in I can't". I literally asked 2 guys there to print a receipt of an important package and they totally disregarded my simple request. When i asked him if he thought that was ok he replied, "I do this to customers all the time". Wow. The other guys just stood there stone faced. For a small chain pharmacy you would think they'd be a bit more attentive, however the customer service was awful and I wouldn't recommend anyone come here.

This is the best ever UPS access point! Mike is very helpful. I didn’t prepare a proper box and printed label but he helped me with no cost even I asked to pay for it, he still doesn’t want it. That’s I wonder why I saw lot of customer in the store with happy face. So am I :)
