Called the store to find about addi.g a line and phone inventory and I was told by a gentleman 1/6 at 10 a.m. that he couldn't help me cause the store was busy. Like really? Some customer service. Maybe a call back, narrow it down a bit or simply just don't pick up and close down. Get it together!

Went to get help from this location from their representatives for an issue I had on a call with a phone representative. Great location and staff. Trevon was excellent at trying help me resolve my issue with options I never thought of. Even though my issue with the rep I was on a call with was not resolved, the way he handled the situation and did everything in his power to help. I left feeling satisfied with the outcome.

I visited this store to upgrade our iphones on Cyber Monday. I had the worst customer service. I asked my rep twice if the device insurance was optional. She only said it’s required. Later, we were able to opt out the device insurance after I asked another rep at the shop. It turned out it is an optional insurance and you, as a customer, can choose to decline. I was wrongly informed. Also, she shipped the new phone to my home along with the adapter which I did not want or need. Again, she never asked if I’d like to have it shipped to the store or home or whether I’d like to order the adapter.When I revisited the store after I got the shipment, she said the store cannot help us return the adapter nor accept the old device for trade-in. I would have to return both items myself.And one more thing. After she initiated the data transfer, there was one screen where I wan’t sure which option to choose. When I asked her, she points out the screen and goes, “Just read”. There was no “please” or anything. At one moment, she just said “Just pick up your device and point to the circle.” Throughout the conversation, she wouldn’t use the word “please”, but “Just read” to a customer having a question???The next day, I had the best customer experience at Bayside (215 Street & Northern Blvd) with the rep named Fred Lin, who helped with my Mother’s phone. If I had known, I would have come directly to the Bayside store, which I highly recommend to anyone.

This company is getting more ridiculous every month I go there.....Now there is a $5 Penalty Charge if you pay your Bill at one of their locations.Whether they want to push digital payment or if they just don't want any registers & cash in their shops.There is a NYC Law that requires at least one cash register in any store with no penalty.

Thank you to the young lady for helping my elderly father with his Tmobile phone issue. It was a simple fix but with everything needing to be done digitally these days, seniors struggle most so a kind patient voice is very much appreciated!

Since I was in the area I walked into this T-Mobile store to change my screen protector since I have insurance. There was a problem with my account and I tried to explain that it always happens and this older man with long hair dint want to hear me, or help me fix the problem with my account. He dismissed me and talked down to me like if i dint even comprehend what he was saying to me and I was very upset because I have had T-Mobile for over 6+ years now and this store were so rude. Dint even try to help, nor dig a little deeper. I immediately called 611 as I walked out the store and they were able to confirm I had insurance and they will be mailing me my screen protectors at my house.

Worts customer service, I didn’t bother to asked for his name but definitely I will not be coming back. I saw the way he was “helping” the ppl that was in front of me that I decided to leave because of his bad attitude. This happened July 12, 2023.

I had a bad experience at this location. I was given incorrect information which would have cost me hundreds of dollars had I not verified the details with customer service. When I went back to the store to question them, they lied about what they told me. I will not be returning to this store and highly recommend verifying what they tell you to anyone who chooses to shop there.

I truly cannot understand how anyone has had a negative experience at this location. From the moment I entered Nicole welcomed me and was helpful, honest, and candid when picking out my new Apple Watch yesterday. The team there, Victor, and Alex were also kind and helpful in making my selection, Alex even took off his own watch to show me the size comparison since there wasn’t a demo available for me to try on. I spent about an hour or so waiting to get my watch set up because the charge is so long, but during that entire time the team was friendly, patient and helpful. I returned the next day to exchange my wifi router after I explained some problems I was having to Nicole, and Katie the manager was great as well. All around top tier customer service. I will not visit another location so long as this team is here. Thank you guys!
